Years 2016 and 2017  – unsuccessful 

In 2016, they played out suicide program, psychological manipulation, neuro-technology highly suspected.   After close to six months of targeting me, they turned to my son.  Within 4-5 weeks, he was on the brink of suicide (see 1st post above why it failed).

Then in 2017, it was a lure to remove me by tricking me to join / make contact with SSP.  It would have been a disappearance.  SMITH would have immediately contacted his (fake) SON who had fostered a trusting father-son relationship since mid-summer – Job done.

They started first by playing out covert psyops. Ahhh but now . . .

HERE CAME 2018 – Happy New Year – The monsters were out of the closet.  They used Michelle GUERTIN and her SON as puppet mouth-pieces, coached by the Directorship (new partners csis) who managed the SMITH Operation since Fall 2015.

This time 2018 –>  Direct attack to kill me, then if they were lucky SMITH would kill himself – A crime of passion  If not suicided, then arrested and most likely terminated –> an organized suicide in jail.  Once they had him, no one would question his death, his family was in conspiracy -> blackmailed solid (refer to February-June 2017 – Digest link at top).

We hadn’t heard from Michelle GUERTIN since 27-29 August 2017 for over four months.

On 7 January 2018, when she did call, she immediately with outrage and drama in a panic state started to dishing out horrific disinformation about me supported by claims of police intelligence reports.  Michelle GUERTIN was apparently a prominent lawyer, seasoned, connected.

Why hadn’t we heard from her for four months?  Because she claimed having gone through emergency cancer surgery.  In reality, the Strategist came on-board most likely by/on 26 AUGUST 2017 and from that point forward, they sent her in the background.  So that the Strategist could coach the (fake) SON on how to foster a father-son trust relationship in a short period.  Why?  Because once they would play out PLAN A: my removal, SMITH would immediately run / dependent on GUERTIN – his life-long saviors.

HOW IT ENDED >> 13-16 December 2018 – Panicked He Wanted Out –  60 Hours Later Mark SMITH Was Dead

HOW IT STARTED

On 7 January 2018, she came in with a vengeance – they were playing mother/son routine similar to 1992 “Break-up & Rescue” operation  but this time it was a “Destroy & Rescue” operation –  the successful 1992 operation was how Michelle GUERTIN succeeded to put him in a mental institution and get Power of Attorney – he trusted her implicitly.  Doctors as institution conspired with GUERTIN to psychologically re-arrange him with addictions, dangerous, volatile, multiple personality disorder . . . create a Manchurian candidate of sort (1992).

 

In January 2018, the variance was, instead of tweaking me in rage like the fiancée in 1992, they tweaked / SHOCKED him attempting to get him to reach homicidal rage in order to kill me and highly kill himself.  Crime of passion.

They came in with variances of >>  “Champagne is playing you Dad”  “Mark, intelligence report on that person . . . she’s not who you think she is – come join your real family –  Dad we could be a family again – mom, you and me”.   All dished out with drama, alarm and faking wanting to protect him from me >> “ooooh Dad if she does something to you I don’t know what will happen, please dad”  . . . “Mark!  I cannot accept that this woman will harm you, Mark if she does I’m going after her . . . please Mark do something!  she is evil Mark!”  . . . . “OK MITCH I believe you and my SON”.

BE CAREFUL MARK!  iNTELLIGENCE REPORTS ON HER.  DANGEROUS.

UNBELIEVABLE . . . At the time, I was Canada’s National Coordinator for Connecting Consciousness (CC), a spiritual group aimed at helping humanity.

WERE THEY INSANE??? WHAT THE HELL WAS GOING ON . . .  A living nightmare with demonic psychopaths.  I have to say that at the time, I thought they were doing this because myself with 3 other members, with approval, had revived CC in Canada on 15 MAY 2017.

In Fall 2017,  close intimacy attempts failed –  Use of neuro tech 9 NOV.  It was apparent and I stayed away.  Staged managed lucid dreams using technology is real and was used to influence SMITH into a psychological state of mind similar to a magic spell as seen in movies.  (refer to Nov-Dec 2017 – Digest of Events link top)

It made it difficult to play out a “crime of passion” based on “Lover’s betrayal” – cheating which was the initial plan.

The next best thing was to continue with the line:  “you see Mark, she’s stalling for you to get your share . . . Intelligence report blablabla”  <– Michelle Guertin’s verbiage.  Again, Michelle Guertin boasting her close association with CSIS.

SHE CREATED DANGEROUS SITUATIONS IN OUR HOUSEHOLD  – BAD CONFLICT – EVIL

Michelle GUERTIN, just in like 1992, played being the EX, mother of their child, asking him to come and join his “real family” her and the son.

For next three weeks – Michelle GUERTIN came in with various claims such as “they’d been married” – but mostly she was trying to have him assault me.  I was dangerous, psychological manipulator with a past. I was deemed a threat to his incoming inheritance – a gold-digger, cunning.

The operation for efficiency required that he assaulted me and go from home directly to jail or institution – I’ve concluded that if he had died it would have suited them but since they don’t want to get caught, they use the medical system to terminate people.

SHE WAS SUDDENLY SUPER NICE WITH ME – THE WOMAN HATED ME AND NOW “FOR LYN’S A JOLLY GOOD FELLOW . . . OH LY-YN”  <<  something was up but I couldn’t put my finger on it.  Today we know.  She was trying to distance herself for the premeditated killing. Non-involvement, no knowledge.

Since the start of the new year, Nicole PERIARD was calling every day around noon putting her grand-son on the phone.  This way . . . . Nicole >> “James! James! It’s FIN!”  and the baby excitedly laughing would come to the phone screaming >> “FIN! FIN! FIN! FIN!” – PERIARD stopped doing this on 18 JANUARY 2018 (same day GUERTIN quieted down).  The baby had never met me.  I came to believe she was grooming this baby to perform at my funerary service.

How touching it would have been . . . picture this >>  I’m in a coffin dead of course.  Nicole whispers in the baby’s ear >>  “It’s FIN” and the baby starts performing during the funerary ceremony  >> “FIN FIN FIN  . . . FIN parti  FIN mort (dead)”

How that would have been touching for my grown up children. . . . imagine going to Nicole PERIARD and giving her a fucking hug.  I truly believe she was GROOMING that baby in anticipation for such a moment.  Keep in mind, PERIARD is a known offender for abusing children physically and psychologically.  Children,  elderlies and handicap people.

PERIARD started this around 27-29 December 2017 as I was creating a docu-presentation about my experiences with SHADOW PEOPLE and in that document, I had included the three points in times when the FAMILY were PRIVY to my ONLINE ACTIVITIES relating to shadow people – THE NEW PARTERS (CSIS) made the mistake to include the FAMILY with my experiences . . . . 2015-2017.

BY 15 JANUARY 2018 – after one week – I was so stressed up – living in a nightmare with demonic psychopaths – bad arguments until wee morning hours . . . . didn’t these people sleep?  By April 2018, I came to realize they were high likely doing coke and drinking alcohol or combination of prescription drugs “amphetamines” – after all they are in the organized crime medical circle.

We will get back to 15 JANUARY 2018 because on 17 JANUARY 2018 I put my foot down, I WASN’T GOING TO BE A VICTIM “fuck you GUERTIN”.  And that led to laser shooting him and injecting false memories and a killer’s personality as means for that personality to kill me >> crime of passion.

They had started calling daily frequently – sporadic calls by 7 January 2018 up until 18 January then quieted down – – – I thought “GOOD, they are loosing wind in their sail” – And PERIARD stopped calling daily with the baby >> FIN FIN FIN  – FIN like LYN.  From a twisted perspective, FIN in French means “The End”.

How interesting that they quiet down the day after I put my foot down. 

NOW THEY WOULD USE ANOTHER TACTIC to EFFECT A CRIME OF PASSION – USE NEURO TECHNOLOGY “LASER” DEVICE.

After three weeks with no success to have him reach homicidal rage and kill me . . . 

On 22 JANUARY 2018, Mark was LASER SHOT through the front window.  It hit the lower part of his left lung.

After the shot, he was in a trance state.  The SON called – it was the most quietest phone conversation I’d ever heard to date.  Once he hung up, he came to see me and he was a total different personality and a set of memories of events that had not happened.

THIS WAS A DANGEROUS INDIVIDUAL >> the personality change was a man who had just come out of a long jail sentence.  He had learned I was the one who set him up / ratted on him.  While he was away, I had enjoyed living scot-free in his house.  I had a social dating life and was talking about him on the Internet – as to how I hated the fact that he was back at home from jail.

I named this personality “The Strangler” – At one point, he tells me he might kill someone but it’s not his fault because he won’t be able to stop himself.

The hypnotic state was broken the next day (23 January mid-day) – I called 911 when  he fell to the ground in full seizure – it lasted for approx. 12-18 seconds then snapped out of it and spoke to the 911 operator.  He was physically fine but lost as if just awoken from dream state.

From this point forward would have SEVERAL SEIZURES – this is when the health decline began.

I was to be used as “Kill bait” for operational efficiency – –  Get him to commit serious bodily injuries, preferably murder >> And if he didn’t commit suicide then go from HOME to JAIL or INSTITUTION

He trusted her and her son implicitly over me – after all he thought he had hired her on 25 Oct 2016 to settle his Share as beneficiary to the Lavergne Estate

Money laundering? Illegal financial assets locked to Lavergne Estate?

The provocation to seriously bashed me and get me to a hospital would be a sure way to eliminate me – – – GUERTIN are adept at doing/coordinating MEDICAL CRIMES. 

Would be easy to “dispense wrong medication that would make it seem as if I succumbed to my injuries . . . had a heart attack . . .  stopped breathing” <– the latter is what they did with Mark in December 2018 – he died on 16 December 2018 (Medical crimes are a trademark of GUERTIN).
