In FEBRUARY 2018, they pushed very hard to kill me.

On 10 FEBRUARY 2018, THEY HAD SMITH IN THEIR CLUTCHES.  He was scheduled to join them but they cancelled his leave in order to turn back and have me killed.  New PARTNERS (CSIS) was bent on executing that CRIME OF PASSION coveted since November 2017.

Period 10-12 February was a very dangerous time.  I had to find a way to stop them from gas-lighting, dishing out horrific information as means to trigger SMITH into homicidal rage.  They wanted him to kill me.  A Crime of Passion.

• They high likely believed he had firearms because we know SMITH’s family believed it.  He didn’t but he had a collection of knives, machete and sword – I would have been slaughtered.

  While the slaughter would be in progress,  the monitoring folks who could hear in-house, would be sitting back, listening to cries, screams, the sound impact of the machete as it hits me, dogs barking, most likely killed in the process, blood splattered everywhere, until it would go quiet.

  Would he kill himself after? High chances he would.  The perfect Crime of Passion which they had been planning since November 2017 and were trying to execute (the kill) since January 2018.

  Picture this –> They are sitting back and can hear all of it, likely rejoicing with excitement as job is about to be completed.  After all that’s what they were aiming for in the first place.  Let that sink in.

THEY WERE STOPPED — > On 13th February, just past midnight,  I communicated with them by creating a Chat room in SKYPE.  I uploaded recordings and told them I had more.  Also told them I knew they monitored and to stop trying to kill me.  Stop please. 

I was nice – It would have been a bad idea to antagonize them.

AFTER 13th, they calm down.  Once in a while, Michelle GUERTIN would call, hidden calls, whispers.  I thought “good it’s over”.

I was wrong, a crime setup was brewing in the background.   Here’s how I found out:

On 16 FEBRUARY 2018, as I crossed the hallway, I overheard SMITH’s conversation with Michelle GUERTIN.  She wanted a  shipping bag I had received from Thailand.  It had my DNA and prints.

By his responses, she was impatient, insistent to get the bag.  I also picked up that she had been asking for this bag for a while.  The bag was from an ONLINE purchase (clothes)  – Rec’d end Jan 2018 (I think).

I remember the shock I experienced when I overheard them  –> “they have the power to do this to me?!” –  It was a bad emotional hit.  But I had to get over it if I wanted to avoid this to happen – -> One can’t stay in shock, stunned like a sitting duck, go lay in fetal position under the table.  Pure evil people – I still shake my head today..

So I overheard and I quietly backed away.  He hadn’t seen me.  I had to think fast.   Shock was quickly replaced with gratitude to have overheard but knowing wasn’t enough.  I had to find a way to cancel this out.

FIRST THING I DID WAS –> FIND THE BAG.  I did.  But that didn’t mean a thing, they could find something else to frame me with.  That’s when I started to securely store my recycling container (DNA, prints) as well as lock my vehicle.  If I was able to come up with 1,001 ways to frame someone, I was confident they were well ahead of the game.

SO WHY DO A CRIME SETUP?

The end game was to forcefully remove me from the house in custody – Then through a note to file, to most likely call so’n’so once you pick her (me) up.  It takes a day or two of incarceration to do an organized suicide in jail cell. Tarnish my reputation, my honor, my name in death.  A suicide.  (Man oh man they loved suicides.)

• At the time, I thought the GUERTIN were top Lead Dog on the SMITH Operation but reality was –>  Since 2016, New Partners (CSIS) were Lead and the ones with access to first-hand data – They made the decisions, what to do & what to say. How to act. What psyop to play and how.

TWO DAYS LATER . . .

I DECIDED I WOULD TELL THEM I KNEW.

On 18 February 2018 – VIA SKYPE , I wrote that I had overheard Mark with Michelle GUERTIN . . . I know you are going to set me up with a crime to send me to jail –  why did you want to the Thailand shipping bag?  Then I uploaded a photo of the bag.  Then I wrote something like:  “what gives you the right to monitor and use the I-SPY intelligence to twist to levels of cruelty”

At the time, I thought the GUERTIN (top lead) wanted to kill me because of SMITH’s inheritance.

I expected them to be rational people and to stop.

They didn’t react to my SKYPE texts – They just went quiet . . . As days went by, I had the premonition that it was just a question of time until there would be a knock at the door with a warrant for my arrest “caught by surprise”.

DAYS WENT BY – QUIET . . . 19th . . . . 20th . . . . 21st . . . .

I KNEW SOMETHING WAS GOING TO HAPPEN.  THEY WERE TOO QUIET.
WOULD BE DANGEROUS NOT TO DO SOMETHING, ANYTHING.

SO I DECIDE TO SHAKE their “psychological” cage. 

22 February 2018 – I started by uploading the incriminating 1979 photo (photo at top of this post) with a message stating Michelle GUERTIN was a pedo-handler –  “did you know your mother was a pedophile?”  << addressing the SON.   Just do your lawyer job, get a life and leave us alone. 

–> No reaction other than the SON calling 5 minutes after posting. How about that.  He called to ask if his mother Michelle GUERTIN had called.  to which I replied (wrote) in SKYPE –> your mother did not call.

23 February 2018 – I NEEDED THEM TO REACT – – – SO I PUSHED IT and published this:

(I included a message saying that law enforcement knew, I named her “Heartless One – Satanic” – Well that was a joke on me because first hand intel people for monitoring were using CSIS resources – law enforcement my arse – how they must have laughed at that.)

NO REACTION – – UH-OH . . .  Now I might have push it too far.

So during the afternoon, I recorded a small Q&A asking why did she want the shipping bag, well knowing why she wanted it (audio link below)  . . it came from Thailand – drug smuggling or something like that?  Since they couldn’t get the bag and since 18th the knew that I knew, they had plenty of time to plan something else . . . too quiet.

No reaction – I was sure that I was going to get it.  Retaliation. 

24 February 2018 – around 6pm . . .

20-25 minutes later –> ALL HELL BROKE LOOSE.

First call was from the so-called Private Investigator Terrence LEPAGE hired on 13 FEBRUARY 2018 – This character was actually part of New Partners (CSIS) – He might have been the same character known as LUKE BOUVIER.  After all this perp bragged in mid-September 2018 that he was good at doing voice impersonations.

After this perp called, the hag Michelle GUERTIN called shouting:  “SHE’S GOING TO JAIL! NOT ME (HER)! — AUDIO –> 20180224-1-0.45-See-me-in-jail-not-HER.mp3

I immediately though I KNEW IT !  it was the plan all along (crime setup).  So I shook them enough that their ugly cat came out of the bag.

NOW THEY STARTED THE NEW PSY TRACK “DAD DAD SHE HAS PEOPLE STALKING ME . . . . DAD DAD MOM GOT INTEL REPORT STATING SHE WILL HURT US AND TAKE YOU FOR EVERYTHING YOU HAVE . . . DAD DAD PLEASE HELP ME DAD DAD”

Using the DADDY help me psyop was genius.  Mark SMITH became dangerous.  Father protecting Son.  The more the demonic fvcker SON cried wolf, in need of protection from me and my imaginary henchmen (stalkers working for me),  the worst it got.

DURING THOSE THREE DAYS, THEY ALSO REPEATEDLY DEMANDED THAT I KILL MYSELF.  I came to realize that this was HIGH LIKELY the plan if the crime setup had worked.  GUERTIN had been promised suicide as early as 2016 and now they were frustrated and impatiently demanding it as if entitled.

NOW I WAS IN WORST DANGER THAN BEFORE –> However, better to see the fvckers than being side swept with a crime setup.

I UPLOADED all the recordings I had starting with video dated 22 JAN 2018  –  On 13 Feb 2018, I had uploaded only two recs and removed them a few hours after uploading them -> out of good faith  – – – – I reloaded the recordings that had stopped them from attempting the KILL but changed to CRIME setup –  They didn’t care it was the 24th and they would go full-force KILL – not stop until it was done.

THEY DIDN’T STOP FOR THREE RELENTLESS DAYS – I even left my house because of how dangerous it had become –

27 FEBRUARY 2018 – – > after three relentless days and nights, they stopped when MARK SMITH collapsed to the ground having his 5th seizure (seizure started day after laser shot on 22 JAN 2018).

JUST TO SHOW YOU HOW MALICIOUS THEY WERE . . .

SMITH was scheduled to move out the next day –> on the 28 February 2018 but they REALLY WANTED ME TO DIE even though THEY KNEW he was scheduled to move out.  They could have waited, he would have been isolated and voilà! you get the guy without killing me.

I BELIEVE I was NEW PARTNERS (CSIS)’s prize whereas SMITH was GUERTIN’s prize. no no no Mr. and Mrs. GUERTIN you don’t get your prize until we get ours . . . i’m just saying.

KEEP IN MIND, on 7 JANUARY 2018,  when they started to attempt to effect a Crime of Passion,  they expected it to be done within a week or two at most.

The plan was to terminate me and if he didn’t commit suicide, then bring it to a psychiatric institution – already planned out – premeditated – Dr. B.A. BOYD former psychiatrist (1990s) who showed his cards on 10 SEPTEMBER 2018, click here.  He was working with the GUERTIN.  Once they would seize him, step 2 was this guy.

On 27 FEB 2018, when Mark SMITH collapsed to the ground,  I knew if I called 911, he would be grabbed and institutionalized – a life of nightmare.  I came to realize that they wanted to terminate me in order to get this guy and they would terminate him  – he was wanted Dead or Alive – Dead was better less overhead.

BACK TO 27 FEBRUARY 2018 . . .

After he collapsed (seizure) and I didn’t call 911 . . . Three  days later, Michelle GUERTIN, in a fury, decreed that she was making legal arrangements to have him FORCEFULLY institutionalized and have ME arrested for psychologically abusing him  (again crime setup for me).

The HAG TOLD US EXACTLY WHAT WE HAD FIGURED OUT ON 27 FEBRUARY 2018.

GUERTIN signature was doing organized legal and medical crimes.  Someone should deep dive and investigate these scumbags.  I am convinced they have ruined lives of many.  They showed being experienced at this.

Satanic – pure evil – Buying human beings and enslaving them.  Convinced in its ugly mind that it owns human beings.

2011 – OTHER CRIME SETUPS   

This is NICOLE PERIARD in 2018.

In 2011, Well before NEW PARTNERS (CSIS)’s time, GUERTIN & PERIARD attempted to set me up to take the fall for crime setups on other people (which failed).

Then on 21 DECEMBER they pulled a crime setup targeting me demanding I be arrested immediately (making a big fit out of it) – false pretense (witnesses verifiable)

• On 21 December 2011, PERIARD replaced someone who left the site then called police and dramatically delivered a story to police demanding that I be jailed immediately  – – ->  EARLIER, I’D JUST TOLD JEAN-PAUL LAVERGNE : “They can’t wait for you to die.”
  .
  When I left the scene, everyone panicked. Within 10-15 minutes, PERIARD replaced came on site and replaced a lady (Robert Lavergne’s girlfriend) who left to avoid police.
  .
  They shut Jean-Paul in his room and called the cops to make up an horrific story of violence – I had just told Jean-Paul what he already suspected and feared.  I had only confirmed his worst nightmare – by this time, he was too weak.  Premeditated death using bad prescriptions and most likely tainted food (PERIARD is an experienced poisoner).  Jean-Paul died 6 months later.

• From 26 to 28 APRIL 2018, I strongly suspect she poisoned MARK SMITH to make him belief he had to see a (her) doctor – They did and that physician made the mistake of using the same fake diagnostic as the SON had used in early 2018 –  GUERTIN organized.

  It failed because two days before, on 26th, the GUERTIN had attempted to kidnap him.  He knew that hospital were GUERTIN traps.   The next day 29th, I extracted him from PERIARD’s house – They retaliated.  APRIL 2018 was one hell of a month.

• February 13th and 14th are observed as feast days leading up to
  the actual holiday of  Lupercalia, which is celebrated on February 15th. 

Keep in mind that they had MARK SMITH in their clutches by 10 FEBRUARY but cancelled his leave, in order to come back and have me killed.  New Partners (CSIS) was bent of doing that Crime of Passion?  Most likely – They don’t take failure too well.  They became obsessed.
