9 MAY 2018 – COURT DAY – GRAB OPERATION Failed – GRAB Attempts, Court Order Hospital – FAILED | Last minute, they falsified my statement – Crown Attorney aided and abetted

The FALSE HANDWRITTEN STATEMENT >> Mark was facing 5 years in jail <– Last Attempt to MOBILIZE HIM.  Failed.

WHY IT FAILED IS DETAILED BELOW – spoiler alert >> If I had not been the one waiting for him after court, he would have ran to his family  BELIEVING THE FALSE WRITTEN STATEMENT CONTENT . . . .  “we told you Mark, Lyn Champagne was evil, now you believe us?”  >> and he would.

I will strongly venture he would have contacted Michelle GUERTIN for protection from an imaginary 5 years in jail. 

It was a grab operation – “help me Mitch you were right Lyn Champagne is evil and set me up just like you said she would  . . .   I will listen and do exactly what you say . . .  yes yes I need to be institutionalized . . . thank you SON and Mitch”  – job done

“Mark! only way to not go to jail is by pleading insanity so that you go to the mental hospital instead”

That’s what was suppose to happen.

Here’s the story how COURT day went down and why their grab operation didn’t work.

 

ON 9 MAY 2018 >> COURT DAY . . .

I WAS THROWN OUT OF THE WAITING ROOM UNABLE TO ATTEND AS A COMPLAINANT – the Constable with whom I’d done the video interview was absent.

23 APRIL 2018 – My interview at the local police station was a video statement – then we signed a ONE-PAGER to confirm the video interview was true – -a  8 1/2 x 11 loose page.

THAT LOOSE PAGE with my signature and the constable was apposed to the FALSE HANDWRITTEN STATEMENT – my video statement was not tabled in court.

This information can be confirmed with the Court Administrator (S. Labonté)  – We spoke the following day 10 may 2018.  The constable will also tell the truth.

This was done at the last minute -> 8 MAY 2018 – WHY? Because between 26 APRIL and 7 MAY 2018 – They tried 4 GRAB Attempts.

• 26 April 2018 – They panicked – Led to kidnaps, poison failed & last resort >> falsifying my police statement – I NAMED THEM ALL – HE SHOULD BE ALIVE TODAY – They made Local Law an accessory to premeditated murder
• 28 APRIL 2018 – Physician in conspiracy with GUERTIN & NICOLE PERIARD – Trap for a new GRAB Attempt Operation – Then 30 APRIL 2018 – Another Attempt Using COURT – Both Failed
• 30 April-2 MAY 2018 – Setup > Court Order Hospitalization – Game Over | 2 May – > Do Something – I Did >> Drop the Court Order Or Else Recordings Come out – Paradigm Changed

WHEN I WAS IN THE WAITING ROOM . . .

Before I was ordered to leave,  I encountered a man who, high likely is the one who brought in the false “handwritten”statement – hand delivered to the Crown Attorney (Rafael Feldstein) – The man performed a scene for my benefit – – I  re-encountered him on 10 January 2019.

I highly suspect that NICOLE PERIARD is the writer of the handwritten statement.

MARK WAS FACING 5 YEARS IN JAIL on first COURT APPEARANCE.

WHEN I WAS ORDERED (HOSTILE) to LEAVE the PREMISES, I waited at the highway for him for approximately four hours – – – I held in my hands the false handwritten statement – they slapped the ONE-PAGER with both signatures attesting it was the TRUTH – – – Please Read >> 20180509-COURT-DAY-EVENT.pdf

IF I HAD NOT BEEN THERE WAITING FOR HIM, HE WOULD HAVE BELIEVED THE FALSE WRITTEN STATEMENT – HE WOULD HAVE BEEN DEEPLY SHOCK CONSIDERING I HAD CONVINCE HIM TO PLEA “NOT GUILTY” – TOLD HIM THE CONTENT OF MY VIDEO STATEMENT.

I WAS THE ONLY PERSON HE COULD TRUST.  SO IMAGINE THE EMOTIONAL TRAUMA WHEN THAT FUCKING FALSE STATEMENT WAS PRESENTED – A TOTAL INVERSION OF MY VIDEO STATEMENT.

THEY THOUGHT I HAD LEFT, i WAITED OVER 4 HOURS BY THE HIGHWAY.  IF I HAD NOT BEEN THE FIRST ONE TO GREET HIM AFTER COURT, HE WOULD HAVE NEVER CONTACTED ME AGAIN BUT RATHER RUN TO HIS FAMILY, WHO HE KNEW SINCE 3 MAY 2018, WERE IN CONSPIRACY WITH GUERTIN.

HE WOULD HAVE RAN TO THEM AND GUERTIN WOULD HAVE BEEN THERE FOR HIM – – YES-S >>> “Oh Mitch, you were right Lyn Champagne is fucking evil, she lied”  – Mark would have done anything they would have told him to do >> perhaps something like >> “only way to avoid 5 years in jail is to go to the mental hospital, Dr. Bryan Alexander BOYD, your former psychiatrist (1990s) is waiting for you”

BINGO!  job done.  Goodbye Mark Smith.

THE CROWN ATTORNEY WILLING TO FALSIFY MY STATEMENT OF 23 APRIL is called Rafael FELDSTEIN. The Court Administrator which whom I spoke the next day was appalled – her name is SYLVIE LABONTE – The Constable who took my video statement on 23 APRIL 2018 is called MARC LEBLANC (Ontario Provincial Police).

The Constable, I will strongly venture, was not part of the conspiracy.  He would discover after the fact what they did on 9 MAY 2018.  You have to shut up, they have no respect for first responder police “les patrouilleurs”.  Shut up or else you lose your job pal – your only a fucking police.

AT END OF DAY, they also defrauded the Constable by affixing our signatures to the fraudulent written statement (multiple pages handwritten female) – a fraudulent document used to capture and eventually kill a human being.  On 23 April 2018, the Constable was respectful and intelligent and I must admit, to this day,  it really pisses me off – closed.

IF THE CROWN ATTORNEY DID WHAT HE DID >> TO REPLACE MY VIDEO STATEMENT WITH THE FALSE WRITTEN STATEMENT, I STRONGLY SUSPECT THEY, NEW PARTNERS (CSIS), HAVE DIRT ON THIS GUY (BLACKMAIL MATERIAL). 

AT END OF DAY, THIS WAS OUR LIFE LINE TO GET THESE DANGEROUS PREDATORS OUT OF OUR LIVES.

22 MAY 2018 – It took 29 days to complete the first version of List of Recording compilation – it was started 24 April 2018 – first version and all full-lengths identified and uploaded in GOOGLE DRIVE

2. approx. 70 full-lengths uploaded – they got them – full I-SPY and monitoring.
3. They saw everything come together as I uploaded <- continued to be electronically monitored.

By 16 JUNE 2018, Mark was on-board to press charges against Michelle and Anton Guertin.  Also we KNEW since 3 MAY 2018, the FAMILY was in conspiracy.

On 22 JUNE 2018, two INTERPOL agents and one OPP Constable (Flint) visited to inform the GUERTIN duo had been arrested and deported to France.  The INTERPOL agents forewarned to delete the recording material.

22 JUNE 2018 – INTERPOL visits – GUERTIN duo arrested – Told to get rid of recordings & told I’m no longer monitored (false)

I did not delete but continued to work on the material.

This would lead to become the trigger for the suicide of his SON on 2 July 2018.
