Riddles of the LURE program –

• Why make him leave 10 days earlier than planned?

Because to wait any longer might have been too great a risk >> he would change his mind not wanting to leave and join them too comfortable at home.  During the LURE PROGRAM, we were becoming friends again >> luring him using my power to brainwash <– as per GUERTIN and Nicole Periard (Family).

16 March 2018 – LOUIS GUERTIN succeeded to convince him to join the Brotherhood while his son rose in the Brotherhood >> the trap “Welcome my son and join your son as he rises in the organization”  >> he agreed to join “his surrogate family” – they said the ceremony was in mid-April 2018. 

On 16 March?  It was 4 WEEKS until he joined them.  That’s a long time.

Don’t rock the boat >> make sure he does not change his mind – – The son called daily reminding him not to engage with me nor make eye contact with me. When it was too amiable in the house (they could hear everything), the son would call not to rile anger but to remind him / coaching him back into distant civility . . . be careful Dad until you leave, she’s evil and underhand.  We know her kind.**  be cool dad.

4 weeks is a long time to go – – – ya pas de chicane dans la maison (this is Louis’ signature written all over).  If the son did conflict it would compromise the LURE Program.  After all, on 2-3 March 2018, they blamed Michelle Guertin and regained the father-trust bond  – be careful not to compromise it again. Lull Mark in false sense of security until he joined them and secondly, keep him estranged from me – quite a balance to maintain.

Yes but once he joined them  . . . How would they trick him to agree to Power of Attorney?

Easy. Louis was so trusted (right into death) .  Louis gave the impression he had control over Michelle Guertin.  MARK WOULD LISTEN TO LOUIS . .  She is just a lawyer – it is for your protection, don’t worry about her my son “with a wave of hand” – you are safe with Louis.

On 26th March 2018 >> 2 1/2 weeks to go – – – it had been 10 days since he agreed to join them (16th)

Mark was loosing interest – he might not go anymore – – – why leave home (complacent) so here’s what they did.

26th, the son called to say that a man from the Brotherhood would call him later in the morning. Sure enough, a man claiming to be part of the brotherhood called that day.

In the afternoon, we went to a thrift store (Orleans) – a man approached him claiming to be from the Brotherhood, put his arms around his shoulders as he squeezed said: “My son . . .”

then left.  That made an impression.

later in conversation, Mark told him about the encounter and the son replied let me guess he said “My son. . . ”

Mark was tickled pink. That reinforced.

When I woke next morning, I had to do something >> important to note that I would often tell Mark >> Although, I was not joining anything I offered my support – I wished to come with you at your induction ceremony. <– that was a problem.

But no longer a show-stopper by 26 March 2018.

On the 27th I woke up with a story which I indicated was a lucid dream – it was a story at wake up.

(IMPORTANT >> If one knows one is monitored including voice outs in the house, why not take advantage of it? In our case, these people seemed to be bent on superstition and witchcraft – I knew/know the FAMILY is very superstitious – used it to my advantage.)

I made breakfast that morning and as we ate together, I told him about the substitute dream – the anti-dote was simple > > truth – reconciliation – forgiveness (not acceptance) – transition.

Then quoted a few times during the day and days to come: “My ego corrupts the most innocent and you ain’t innocent darlin'”  <– a line taken from Heavy Metal  – i’d say it often with a ominous voice >> Green-Ball-Girl_29-10-2017_233509.mp4.

28, 29, 30 March was fairly quiet >> All was fine in house – spending time together like friends (back to normal)  until the son started to say that he had heard I would never be interested in him romantically, I was just stalling  – don’t try Dad “it’s like kicking a dead donkey and they persuaded him to leave (31st-1 APRIL) <- he left (we have recording the night he left) – I was impatient – I had technical IT stuff to do and I had attitude “Oh no you don’t – I made a commitment”.

On 1 April 2018, he left (which is amazing they got him to leave) but they tried to grab him at Rideau Centre in Ottawa, Ontario . They had him and failed. (it should have worked – if I’d managed the Grab operation,  I would have made sure it was successful – so easy <–organized but not strategized further as to how they would get him.)

But I believe that the 4 week wait . . . well they were taking a chance he would change his mind.

They tried to shorten the job to two weeks

16 March to 1 April instead of 16 March to 12-15 April

They were too hasty.  Making him leave early is not so bad, but it reflected on the quality planning of the simple grab op >> grab coordination effort <– the nerves trickled down into the simple grab op.

NO wonder LOUIS was angry with me on 6-7 APRIL 2018 threatening me and my children . . .  all that time wasted in March 2018 “being nice”.**

**also the previous day, I had caboshed the recurring dream, Anton (the son) and Mark’s mother would dramatically narrate each morning – totally bogus but Mark believed it – – – after all his son and his own mother (Theresa Lavergne) would never agree to freak him out narrating a death dream for 3-4 weeks, right?  chuckles.

Louis was convinced he was entitled and I was the delay to the operation —  I should have adhere to his wishes Lay down and die Lyn because LOUIS GUERTIN demands it.

Louis announced she died and characters impersonating OPP called to confirm death – another one calls to ask if we have last words for the family >> I instinctively said: “Good Riddance” the caller said I could be charged for such words. I respond something like: “Sir give me your email, I will send you documents and recordings showing you the life endangerment, sick and chaos this woman and her son have caused.” the caller said goodbye click.

5-12 September 2018 >> But LOUIS called daily for next 7-8 days insisting he attends her funerary service. As days went by, daily calls started to have a sinister overtone. Mark noticed. Uh-Oh..

13-15 September 2018
When BOUVIER (forefront CSIS) took over, Louis was no longer in the picture. In fact, Mark was told Louis and his brother Daniel lost everything and living in Slave Quarters they had on the compound.

The slave allusion is interesting – where did that come from? it came from me.

Louis had tendency of using what I did online including voice out statements (talking out loud in the house) then include them in his new plan, react to them or incorporate in his excuses – I wrote a paper about it in early 2019.

** By 30 August 2018 (discovery I never deleted the material) , every morning, I played this song Jim Crow Blues (Youtube) – In the video, they show Klu Klux Klan folks.   I would pause and replay that part 3 times each time then give them a lecture.  Interestingly, in this video, Kim Wilson, the harmonica player, looks like a Brother from the Brotherhood.

LOUIS reported Michelle and Anton Guertin to INTERPOL that why they were arrested – he also left two swords as closing gesture – Told me to delete the recordings after all they were arrested – Oh, and I was no longer monitored *chuckles*  <– Predator turned Savior <– Louis’ signature all over.

Instead I did not delete the material.  I continued to work full-time and I talked to them (in house voice-outs) as I worked – I addressed the son as “Dr. Death”.   Uploaded messages in Skype such as “Anton’s Little Buddy of Addiction”  and on 2 July I uploaded pieces of 24-27 February 2018 “Full Force Kill” period.

Uh Oh . . .

4 JULY 2018 >> Louis announced tragic news of the son’s suicide -> 2 July, he had cut his throat in the bathtub.  Louis reproached me >> Apparently my material uploaded 2 July concerning 24-27 Feb 2018 (Full Force Kill period) triggered the kid.  A lost to Louis to the family not only Mark.  I believed it.

I didn’t listen to dire warning of deletion and look what happened!! Look what you did Lyn Champagne!!.

I did not feel guilty.   An Illogical emotion – However, I had compassion for their lost Guertin Family and Mark (his estranged son).

THEY TRIED TO KILL US was my stance –  It felt like a psychopath, a criminally disturbed individual had died/committed suicide – I am sorry it is your son – death is no excuse – does not make it go away – they reached level of crime against humanity – getting off on it – demonic creatures . and she’s alive and intertwined as much as the suicidee kid into those recordings.

** On 4 July 2018, LOUIS and company used/blamed my publishing of the hardest time for survival as the trigger for the son’s suicide.

10-13 Feb 2018 was dangerous but the second time was a Full Force Kill operation (24-27 Feb).     asking me to kill myself – demanding it . . . It was so bad that I asked someone to regularly check on me – If I did not respond then to contact my daughter and release the material – If I died, people would know what happened – they were responsible and my strategy was if I died they were not to get away with it.   Dying without proof would have pissed me off – a waste.

LOUIS you are a psychopath yourself.

To say I had compassion for you. What a waste. But never guilt or remorse for the death of a psychopath – suicide or not.  On 6 July, I did a full backup and stopped working on it – furthermore I had flash drives, hard drives, external HDs . . . and two external sources that had copied the material offsite located in Europe and elsewhere.

13-15 September 2018
So she was declared dead on 4 September and Louis was unsuccessful at LURING MARK to attend her funerary service.  Two days later BOUVIER claiming CSIS status arrived like a superhero with the aerial calvary to protect us.  it was like the end of a superhero action movie when all the cop cars arrive and 2-3 black choppers, sirens. TA-DA and the victim/targets have blankets wrapped around their shoulders while sitting outside the ambulance in the back.

we’re safe now.  Help has finally arrived.

“in my mind, no one could pull deception using CSIS and helicopters “on demand” ….

I’d voiced so many times:   Bouvier IF it wasn’t for those fly-overs I wouldn’t believe you.

So imagine the resources, fuel, personnel it took to give the illusion we were protected  <– good indication that the stake were high $$$$$ >> Mark soon to be a multi-millionaire protection by “homeland” chuckles – – – and BOUVIER would represent him in court to fight the Family Abuse case – – – now imagine BOUVIER calling daily with false status report as to court proceedings in progress.  In Fall 2018, the operation was not led by a GUERTIN, it was led by CSIS individuals at forefront.  The new plan was to dissociate Mark from the Family – the family divorcing him.  SO anything to do with the Estate would be re-absorbed by the FAMILY and released to GUERTIN and NEW PARTNERS.

Mark was right to fear hospitalization (sad thing to write – even 911 is compromised)  >> Two places were a human being in distress has the right to feel safe, protected, respect. And to KNOW (not think or maybe or perhaps) <– I wish it was so. BUT TO KNOW that those two places are compromised, makes my heart sink. EVIL.

TWO sacred outreach outlets for human safety, respect, care and dignity. Also the staff that work there, most if sometimes not all on the floor, are clueless. Not all. For instance, the nurse at Bruyere, “She’s your’s to look at <– I would.”.

On 26 April 2018, when the grab at the shopping centre was stopped and they were arguing Michelle, Anton, Marc Trepanier and Mark – – guess who called the son and interrupted?

Is that your son Louis?  I bet it is.  To think you allowed a 13 years old to be seduced by your pregnant wife – made the youth think he was the father >> just so that you could enslave that youth for financial means.  Pimping out a pregnant woman in order to enslave a youth – buying a human.

Seduce it, Enslave it and Kill it at the end of the day.  Symbolic vampirism.  A form of human trafficking.
