1979-1981 – playing father but not living with the mother & son.

1981 – When Michelle graduated from law school, she apparently moved to Toronto.  He didn’t follow, he mentioned she was insistent but then desisted.  He was 16 years old.

Since he was a minor, he stayed away from Theresa (his mother) and Jean-Paul Lavergne (step-father) family household.  They had thrown him out on the street in Fall 1978 (13 years old) and and hand off to Guertin in March 1979 under false pretext – In December 1979 (birth) >> “go with your new family, you are the father’s child” – the alternative was to be placed in a reform school (most likely an empty threat “a bluff” but as a minor he would not have known the difference nor take a chance).

1981-1983 –  On and off he stayed at his grandparents (Leo & Carmen Chenier) and sometimes with Marcel Trepanier who he thought was his real father and so did Marcel think Mark was his son – false fatherhood (1965).

1983 – Mark had just turned 18 years old, he got caught with counterfeit money, under the influence of Marcel Trepanier.  When I asked Mark: “where did Marcel get it?”  surprised,  he replied: “I don’t know, suddenly Dad had counterfeit money”.

A crime setup Marcel couldn’t pass up <– $ honey trap.  He took the bait.  Mark was living with Marcel – He went to a store with counterfeit money and the police came to their door.

Michelle Guertin, the lawyer came to the rescue and ardently defends him.   She saved him from going to jail – light sentence a few weekends whereas Marcel went to jail full time.

Although, he now had a criminal record, he was very grateful that “Mitch” had his back.  She saved him from going to jail <– his SAVIOR.

I believe the purpose was to remove Marcel from the picture, create estrangement and enslave the youth now an adult with a criminal record.

Marcel was away.  She insisted he move to Toronto – he claimed to refuse because he was not attracted to the mother of his child but loved and trusted her as the mother of his child.

Afterwards, Marcel and MARK lost touch for several years – Mark lost respect in Marcel and always blamed him for 1983.  The only criminal conviction in his life – “it’s Dad’s fault”**

**In 2011, 1983 conviction was forged to make it seem Mark had missed two weekends – 28 years later, they had an arrest warrant –  In 2011, Mark did extensive jail time and attempted to drag Marcel in the process which failed.

They set up 1983 – And in 2011, they used/forged the 1983 conviction – 28 years later.  Who would question?  The defending lawyer?  Yes. No risk to use what belonged to the 1983 defending lawyer if that person is in on the 2011 forged arrest setup ->  Michelle Guertin.

1984-1991 – Mark met Terry Sweeney and began to work full time as a framer at Sweeney construction – He was well surrounded by kin men who supported their own circle – I believe influential enough not to be harassed and bothered until he met Tanya – “falling in love”  – It became serious by 1992, talk of marriage and children (he would have been a great dad).

1992 – Mark made the mistake to bring his fiancée “Tanya” to meet his family – – –he’d been away from them for many years.   They hated Terry Sweeney and company.  But Mark made the fatal mistake to entangle with them again – his sister was no longer a child, she would be 20+ and married.  Family – he did not her as an adult being away all those years – his little sister Nicki.

He should have NEVER touched base with them again – – – and conflict and turmoil chaos creator Nicole Periard – tangled into their lives – – – Michelle Guertin and son lurking/creeping in and eventually the rock candy “much music video – love don’t live here anymore” – I recall how Mark told me his sister was pushing him to do it – – – Chance of a lifetime – – – Go Go Mark – – her brother the rock star – -and with Michelle and Anton Guertin calling and pushing, mocking Tanya his fiancée – creating horrific jealousy for the poor young woman – – – he went to Toronto for a week to do a Much Music video.

1992 – Comes back with a CD and plays it and break up their long-term relationship and future plans of marriage and children. It broke both of them at the end of the day – Tanya required psychiatric therapy and I believe her father got sick – the stress as they lived in the same household.

Nicole, Michelle and fake son Anton (13 years old) were rescued him (moving)  “the goal to break up and rescue him” – His fiancée became homicidal enraged with jealousy which escalated to waking up with a shotgun in his face.

They rescued him.

Imagine on of the last statement you hear from this homicidal woman, your aggressor shouts enraged “Tell her . . . “your fucking son” . . . she should have called him Damien”

Impression for Mark: She hated them because they saved me from her. &*#$(#

If it wasn’t for them . . . God knows what she would have done to me.

It worked — IT set a life marker of Trust – My sister and the mother of my son saved me – They have my back.

Within a short period of time,  he wanted to kill himself, didn’t know if he was coming or going – – – They facilitated his admission to a mental health hospital and signed over Power of Attorney to Michelle Guertin and appointed his sister as “Legal Primary Caretaker”

About legal PRIMARY caretaker – no girlfriend, fiancée and perhaps spouse would be able to contest. After all, that person would be smeared, set up to seem like the bad one >> SHE’S ABUSING YOU MARK.**

**Which is what awaited Tanya in 1992.  And from January throughout February 2018, they attempted to smear me for Abusing him – And by 20 April 2018, they convinced him  I was the abuser all along like we said in early 2018 but did not believe us”.  I had kept him away from his son.

Since 1979 she was trusted as mother of his child.  The perception of  “she only wants what is the best for me” was shattered / broken on 3 March 2018.  The fake son was made to be seen under the influence / grip of his mother – not his fault for his behavior.

When he was about to be released, his sister Nicole tricked him to marry Cynthia Rosebush her good friend, a drug addict with a criminal record and four children.

From Tanya (goodness and innocence)  to Cynthia who most likely got paid under guise of a large inheritance sum from a distant relative shortly after marriage – – – paid to marry someone (Mark Smith).

When Mark tried to leave for good, Cynthia and her son Nicolas hit him in the shower with a metal pipe.  I believe the purpose “oops he feel in the shower – he is unconscious – call Nicole and 911 – you are not escaping

YOU CANNOT ESCAPE YOUR FATE MARK – but he did that time,  he remained conscious and call 911 himself –  Cynthia and her son “carte blanche” again protected – never to be convicted – this is in the 2007-08 Abuse Files against the family.
