3 March 2018 – Use of Power of Attorney for forced hospitalization – Her own Initiative? or  Peeved with New Partners?  Was she frustrated with Promises & Delays Since January 2018?

(1) Brief Summary of Events that led to 3 MARCH 2018

Since 6-7 January 2018, MICHELLE GUERTIN and her SON were maliciously trying to have him reach homicidal rage, using different psychological tactics.

WHY?

So that he assaults me / preferably kills me – then a chain of events would occur >> he would run to GUERTIN who he trusted 100% for safety and protection from a legal perspective.  Keep in mind that the GUERTIN create the problems then come in as Saviors  >> The grab without the target (him) aware he was manipulated “gas-lit” . . . “oh no, you killed her” – we will be your saviors but you need to renew Power of Attorney to protect your future assets (bogus Lavergne Estate Inheritance) . . . yes you are going to jail for life – renew POA (legal name) sign here and there thank you and goodbye) – keep in mind she is a lawyer and the SON claimed to be a doctor.  Job done.  None the wiser.

Just to give you a sense of things, 7 DAYS IN with the GUERTIN psychopaths . . .

With me out of the way, which seemed to be their FIRST OPTION to satisfy the New Partner, they would have come to his rescue as Saviors –   then they would have taken what they needed (to do with the Power of Attorney) and finally dispose of him using the JAIL for LIFE key and psychiatric MEDICAL signature (like in 1992 when they secured Power of Attorney).

Let’s say he hadn’t killed me at first shot and I had ended up at the hospital >> They would have made it seem that I had succumbed to my injuries, the name of the game was “remove Lyn Champagne permanently” –  They do medical crimes and are experienced at finishing off targets once admitted to hospital, even during the ambulance ride.

THEY TRIED VERY HARD IN FEBRUARY 2018 – They were coached in psy warfare techniques “coached by the New Partner who used CSIS”. 

I came to call those pockets in time >> “programs”.  When one would fail, a new program (new psyop) would play out until it failed so on so forth.

In January, they played out “Hypnotic Killer Program“, “Worthlessness Program“.

In February, they played out “Facebook Cheaters Program“, “Reliable Source Program“, “Crime Setup Program” and the great attempt was “Full Force Kill Program”  <– get the fucking job done “he must kill her so that you grab him as his saviors” – they gave it all they had thus why called “full force kill program”.

ON 27 February 2018 (late afternoon), he collapsed to the ground in full seizure >> the end of the full force kill program . . . they expected that I would have called 911 as he was seizing on the floor – but that’s when we realized that calling 911 was a trap, ambulance and hospital were a GUERTIN trap – Example of what seizures looked like.

AFTER 27 February they didn’t call for a few days – claiming they were away on business (unreachable).  In reality >> Disorganized. 

Disillusioned because they, including his sister Nicole PERIARD, were so confident in January 2018 it would be done within a few days.

On 1 March 2018, the SON called (first caller).  He resumed the same speech that had led to a seizure on 27th “just like a programmed automaton”  – no mention of Mark being sick and shaky nor wondering how come he hadn’t moved out on 28 February 2018 (he had an apartment waiting for him – moving out) . . . and that was a mistake.

Mark started to doubt the SON’s intentions.  They overheard our in-house discussions about it.  “uh-oh the Father-Son trust bond was in jeopardy”

To mitigate the damage done “lost of trust” . . .

Next day on 2 March 2018, the SON called sobbing and hiving claiming that he had discovered his mother had recourse to dark magicians and paid to have hexes, spells and curses of death put on his head, his infant son (yes he claimed to have a child) and also on Mark’s head.

To support the claims . . . as if sobbing and hiving wasn’t enough . . . Louis Guertin called to substantiate it was true . . . “Mark please be there for your SON he needs you right now”

That worked >> it saved the Father-Son Trust Bond but she was tarnished as an out-of-control psychopath who resorted to black magick.

The father-son trust bond was re-established.
That’s where we stood mid-evening of 2 March 2018.

Then a few hours later, just past midnight, Michelle GUERTIN made a mistake.

(2) EVENTS OF 3 MARCH 2018 (past midnight)

People were upset because they couldn’t get him to kill me.

New Partner(s) who used CSIS >> Kill her and you get your man, Mrs. Guertin.
She blew a fuse – it was taking too long.

BY 3 MARCH 2018 SHE WAS FRUSTRATED – SHE HAD BEEN AT IT SINCE JANUARY 2018 – that’s where we stood on 3 March 2018. 

I believe she went behind new partners’ back – against their advice . . . . she exploded . . . basically told us “shouted” she had Power of Attorney and would use it to have him forcefully remove from home and hospitalized.

In the following audio clips, he’s just learned she still had Power of Attorney and would use it to have him forcefully hospitalized – He is on the phone with her:

That was a mistake >> She lost the trust bond he had for her since 1979 and untouchable since 1992 – I wasn’t allowed to criticize them, doing so was risky.

Of course, we know today, the POA was INVALID (under wrong name) >> thus why they needed to get this guy in the first place in order to re-validate it  . . . transfer old name (Trepanier) to new name (Smith).

For a long time, I wondered if she had gone on a limb “on her own initiative”  on 3 March 2018 or was it planned with the new Partner?  I say she went on her own – peeved at the new partner because they were causing delays by asking for my elimination.

THREE TIMES she had Mark and she cancelled it >>  GUERTIN had successfully convince Mark to leave but each time they were made to cancelled it – Then made it a point to have him reach homicidal rage in order to eliminate me – First time was at (1) end of January 2018, then (2) 9 February and (3) 28 February 2018 (he had an apartment waiting for him).

I believe SHE MESSED UP – she wasn’t suppose to talk about it . . . don’t mention the Power of Attorney because that’s why you need to grab him so that you can transfer under the legal name.

IF SHE HAD NOT DONE THIS, I NEVER WOULD HAVE KNOWN SHE HAD POWER OF ATTORNEY ON MARK – NOR WOULD HAVE MARK REMEMBERED SHE HAD IT.

IN ADDITION, because she let the cat out of the bag . . . it uncovered that it was tied with the false flag they did in 1992 AS MEANS to BREAK HIM AND COMMIT HIM TO A MENTAL HOSPITAL <– how Michelle GUERTIN got Power of Attorney and appointed Nicole PERIARD as legal caretaker.

in 1992 he trusted them, and signed his life over to these people.  He never suspected they had caused the mental breakdown – they came in as his Saviors and he signed his life over.

An experienced strategist would have NEVER allowed her to do that threatening move on 3 March 2018 – I strongly believe her ego and sense of superiority was the driver behind her outburst.

Because of her stupidity, on 3 March 2018, they lost the opportunity to use her as his trusted Savior.  Here’s what I mean . . .

**For instance, the plan was to get him to BASH me . . . . So let’s say I ended up at the hospital, they would have finished me off by making it seem that the injuries were the cause of death “cardiac arrest, stopped breathing, etc.” .  In other words >> “I succumbed to my  injuries”.  Or maybe he would have killed me at home “better less work”. 

In either case, Michelle the Savior would urge POA “under guise of protection” – Then he would be institutionalized or jailed- Once the POA had served its purpose, he could then be disposed of the hospital system like they did in December 2018 or effect an organized suicide in jail.   

That was high likely closer to the plan.

By 3 March 2018, Michelle GUERTIN was very likely pissed.  When one ponders that they had emotions of disappointment and angry most likely INVOLUNTARILY evoked on 27 February 2018.  >> Think about this pissed off because he didn’t fucking kill her (me) or because the idiots (us) are not going to call 911 . . . . Yes.

She did not care if the Electronic Monitoring Team overheard.

All those promises the job would be done with the laser shot on 22 January 2018 <– that caused them to be disorganized when I broke the spell the next day  Then how about that “Facebook Cheaters Program” on 2-9 February 2018  <– wow . . . you had your man and you walked away – You listened to your New Partner who asked that you get him to kill me (10-15 February 2018).

And that’s when you started to entangle “entrapped yourselves’ during 10-15 February 2018 during the reliable source program.

All those audio recordings I uploaded in SKYPE and the message “I didn’t have a choice to record because you are going to get me killed . . . I know you monitor”.

Then getting caught when you asked impatiently for the shipping bag from Thailand – 18 February 2018, I skyped about it, click here to see it,  getting that bag for prints and DNA as means to set me up with a drug crime from an Asian country – Overhearing (16 Feb) was divine synchronicity.

22 February 2018, I uploaded this photo – December 1979, taken moments after the family accepted the Christmas card garnished with cash from Mr. GUERTIN – the day the deal was closed  >> 1979-snapshot-taken-Mr.Guertin (father of Michelle Guertin).jpg

Then it got worst, I uploaded more incriminating files in SKYPE and by then I had external people uploading off-site everything I uploaded “all recordings”

Uploading incriminating files stopped them from setting me up but on 24 February it changed to the “full force kill program”  – I was in danger of dying, one knows.

Michelle GUERTIN was removed from the operation.  Unable to come back at forefront.  Mark hated her.

GRAB operation changed to kidnap operations. Many attempts took place:

1 April 2018 – 26 April 2018 – 28 April 2018 – 30 April 2018 – 7 May 2018

Then facing a 5 year jail sentence as decreed on 9 May 2018.

After 3 March 2018 we were very distraught – we believed she was coming after us (1) forcefully remove him and (2) charge me with abusing him.

On 6 March 2018 LOUIS GUERTIN came in as SAVIOR claiming he had stopped his sister Michelle GUERTIN.  LOUIS the SAVIOR – Keystone Louis.

A few days later, he invited Mark to join the Knights Templar (Freemasonry) – The way it was done was by telling him that he would be inducted in the organization while his SON rose in degrees.  What a beautiful memory for father and son.

And for me?  The SON excitedly announced I would be joining the Secret Space Program.  They needed people like to be part of that organization – I would be a valuable asset.

I agreed.  Next morning, I announced I’m not joining.

The moment I did, things changed, the SON told Mark to ignore me and bid his time until he left to join them by mid-April 2018.  They had four weeks to go – the SON had to maintain the lure, not rock the boat and maintain the brotherhood induction illusion and more.  After three weeks, they botched a kidnap.  On 1 April 2018, the father-son trust bond was destroyed – gone.

The Secret Space Program (SSP) lure was how they would have eliminated me – it was just a lure to bring me somewhere (1) torture – (2) execute.  Interestingly, it was the same lure used on 12 October 2017 – both failed.  The individual in 2017 was from CSIS.  Why do I know?  because we had an unexpected face to face on 18 April 2018 – the individual was wearing a jacket with CSIS logo on top sleeve.

He did everything in his power to hide his face as I stood 5-6 ft away staring at him.  He was trapped in a parked car waiting for his partner who with performance of false chilvary opened the door for me at the convenient store – I already knew then he was from CSIS with the October individual who was sitting in the car.

That encounter played into what happened next from 19 to 23 April 2018 – They came to town on 18 April to strategize.  Why?  because the SON had lost the trust key since 2 April 2018.

Why do I know two CSIS individuals came to town to strategize?

Next morning, Mark’s mother puts these two individuals in a story lie and says “Yesterday two CSIS agents came to visit to do a bug sweep of my house . . . ” <– Theresa Lavergne, 19 April 2018 (audio clip exists).

The job was lost and the New Partner(s) who used CSIS/SSP came to strategize and launch a new plan of action.  Get the SON back in the picture – Get Mark to listen to his SON.

On 23 April 2018, I knew if I didn’t do something, I was going to be incarcerated or die in coming weeks.  I called 911.  I gave a police interview – no-contact order – Nicole Periard (sister) picked him up – he would stay there for next two weeks (Court day 9 May 2018).

During that two weeks, 4 kidnaps were attempted.  Poisoning is suspected (as means to one of the kidnaps) and threats the Court would mandate a medical order (institutionalized) – all these tactics failed  – So they resorted to a new plan of action:

MUST SUPPRESS THE POLICE VIDEO STATEMENT (I gave on 23 April 2018)

On Court day (9 May 2018), they barred me from Court premises, the Constable was absent – they replaced our police video statement with a false handwritten statement  that horrifically portrayed Mark Smith as a monster –  They photocopied / affixed the the one-pager document the Constable and I had signed to confirm the video statement was the truth.  (Verifiable sources – names on request).

On 9 MAY 2018, MARK was FACING 5 YEARS IN JAIL.

The perfect grab but it failed.

After 23 April 2018. They stopped attempting to remove/kill me as means to grab Mark Smith.

Other than on 19 August 2018 when Bouvier and Louis wanted to have me arrested and Mark sided with them.  I stopped it by reporting via SKYPE the deaths of two police officers <– a dark family secret.
