1973-74 – KIDNAPPED

I was standing on the sidewalk in front of an establishment.   A car swerved to the curb, two doors opened, front and back passenger – I was shoved shoved in the back seat between two men.  It took 3 seconds. Four men in the vehicle.**

PURPOSE for GRAB  in 2017 >> getting me out of the picture very early in order to SEIZE MARK SMITH.

**In early March 2018, I refused to be lured to join anything to do with the GUERTIN, especially after the SON mentioned (excitedly) that I would immediately be joining the Secret Space Program (SSP). These were the same people as on 12 October 2017 – rogue CSIS impersonating Secret Space Program faction.

Let’s say, I had not declined to join . . . very likely another attempt to lure me to a vehicle would have been tried  – luring me to believe it was my meet-up point / making contact with individuals from the Secret Space Program.

Back to 1973-74 . . .  They drove and parked behind hotel Le Diplomat” (Hull, Quebec) – took the back stairs – emergency doors were unlocked – they were prepared.

I was carried up two flights of stairs by two men.

As they are about to unlock/open the door to the room next to the staircase, the man next door stepped out and politely asked them to be quiet this evening – non-threatening and very polite.  Meanwhile, I’m still held by two men at each  arm.

Suddenly, the leader began pushing the man and it escalated – the four men left me in the hallway and joined in – I stood frozen in the hallway watching.  Within seconds this man was being beaten to pulp, smashed into the dresser’s mirror – door wide open, I can see everything – Blood spurting from his face – Being kicked repeatedly in the face and groin area.

From a forensic perspective there would be blood on the ceiling. walls, floor, bloody glass everywhere.  Also, many footsteps in and out of the room as they would go to their room clean up blood on their hands, forearms, chest  then return in the room.  They reminded me of vampires in a frenzy – As if, more blood there was, more excited they became.

I made eye contact with the man with the face covered in blood – Although unspoken, I heard him loud and clear  VITE! COURE! GO! I snapped out of it and ran close to 2 miles.  I was 14.

This man saved my life.  The man sustained life threatening injuries – He may have died that day.

The following week I saw these individuals walking free in town – not held accountable – as if nothing had happened.

Local law enforcement turned a blind eye.

Organized?

My father at the time was a celebrity and influential in the entertainment industry – After Prohibition was lifted, entertainers required an Union Permit in order to perform in Canada and in the USA.  And subject to scrutiny from Vice Squad (Police).

Law enforcement Vice squad policed entertainers –  Morality police –  They held power in the entertainment industry because they could revoke your Union card.  Never work again.

Vice squads dealt with drugs before Drug Enforcement Agencies were created.  Vice squads were it and more.   Secret Service policing (White Hats, Black Hats).  They could make you or  break you.

When entertainment restriction rules were abolished,  vice squads were re-organized.

1977 -TAKE-OVER OPERATION

On 3 March 1977, former vice squad now assigned to the Narcotics Division initiated a sting operation involving a client “a new buyer”  who was caught with an important quantity of hashish.  In return for a lesser sentence, he reported his sources.

ORGANIZED.

Among those affected, where people who ran hashish whole sale in the district –  I was sheltered and in college. I was 17.

Since 1974, these people watched over me / protected me.  Through series of events, what I would do next, would protect those who had protected me for past three years.

Later in the afternoon of 3 March, I discovered through local news what had happened earlier that day.

I knew “sensed” former vice squad “Ronald Paquette” would come and harass me.  Renown for abuse of power, arrogant, lack of professionalism. Evil.

. . . Later that day, two undercover were sitting in a car watching our house.

I was too young to be part of anything.  But I knew it was Paquette’s doing.  My protection was gone.

I knew what he would use . . . what he wanted . . .   He wanted to know the cottage location.

I knew he would hunt me down and isolate me.

My rationale at the time >> It did not matter if he knew where the cottage was located.  But there was a problem . . . there was close to one pound of Moroccan hashish at the cottage.  He would try to use me somehow.

Next morning, I got up at 5am, sneaked through backyards and went to the cottage – it was 55km away.  I hitch-hiked to get there.   I picked up the hashish, cleaned for evidence and came back home.

I knew I could hide it in my house (father) because “Paquette” would never be able to get a search warrant.

Given his methods were underhand – He would not follow police protocol and he did not care “above the law” – arrogant.   A dangerous individual with a badge “satanic” (black hat philosophy).

My father worked in the entertainment business  – He was working 8pm to 2am.

Sure enough.  Paquette waited for my father to leave for the evening, and sent his young partner “Michel Leblanc” to my door.  I was asked to come to the car and ordered to sit in the back.

Paquette did the talking – lewd remarks, threats if I did not show him where was the cottage.  He had been trying for the past year to find the location and now he had me isolated.  He was vile, threatening and demanding I give him the location or else I would loose everything, he would make sure I was somehow charged with anything, he did not care but getting the location.

I anticipated this would happen.

So after 5-8 minutes of ranting, I told him “ah . . . ok . . . I’ll show you where it is” – It was a silent ride.
He said he knew about the cottage since 1975-76 but unable to discover the location  . . . (until now).

Once I showed them, they drove me back home and as he started to park at the curb in front of my house (around midnight), he turned to me with a smirk of sarcasm and crudeness he started to slur sexual remarks.

The last thing he said was:  “and – a . . . when you turn 18 “snicker” . . . yeah, you know “lingering eyes up and down my body” . . .  call me,  ok?” 

(OK?)  . . . this 40 year old guy was waiting for my acknowledgement. And one knew not to say anything but nod.  Then he smiled and left. This guy was a psychopath/sociopath equipped with a badge.

They returned same night to the cottage and ransacked the place.  Angry no evidence – no traces of anything “cleaned”.

It would have been obvious the cottage had just recently been cleaned  (that morning) but he did not know how I did it.   His spider senses told him I played him.

NO ONE PLAYED THE GREAT PAQUETTE AND GOT AWAY WITH IT.  Everyone was afraid of this man – as I said a psychopath with a badge “plain clothes”.

So he decided to exact revenge.

The following week I got a subpoena to appear – He was pushing that I was a minor (17) under the influence of an older man (people who were protecting me since 1974).

They put me on the stand and when I was asked by the defense if Paquette had ever been out of place with me, I responded: Yes, he had and  I told the Court what he had told me when I got out of the car.  I told the truth in a full-packed Court room

It caused a bad uproar – people getting up, etc.  The judge knocked his gavel a few times – the case was dismissed.  Priceless moment in local history.

The next day, again when my father was off to work, Paquette came to my house.

Very angry.

With vehemence, he threatened me > > whenever he would see me, he would search everyone around me, no matter if I knew them or not. If any person had anything on them, I would be the one who would be charged.

He would make sure that I take the blame for anyone around me with any illegal substance – no question asked “it would pass off as if the people were carrying my stash – no matter what it is and who it is” <– A guy waiting for the bus next to me – anyone.

The man was flaring at the nostrils going on and on . . . then he says:

From this point forward, you are barred from all local establishments and then he sped away.

This Court incident gave him a bad reputation in the force. Dirty. Created marital conflicts.

Someone had finally exposed this “satanic human intelligence” shielded by his badge. 

That man hated me.

In 1973-74, this man was on the force and would have most likely been in conspiracy to cover what happened at the hotel “Le diplomat” – no one was charged for the brutal beating and likely death of the man who saved my life.

Of the four men (1973-74), I would come to know the names of two individuals –  One was nicknamed “Le Loup” and the other one  “Marc Lauzon”.  These individuals were part of a local organized crime outfit run by “Claude Lessage” (wife name Denise)  – a crime faction from Montreal, Quebec running the district of Hull, Quebec in the 1970s.

Nasty people – Prostitution ring, cocaine, heroin, speed, shy-locking, beatings, maiming, murders – violent and protected.

A year later (1975), one of the perps Marc Lauzon died under suspicious circumstances – it was chucked off as an overdose.

Those people were responsible for the death of Conrad Carré – the victim’s body was found in  the National Capital Gatineau Park (Hull, Quebec).

In 1977, the drug operation was a setup to remove people who ran the hashish market since 1968 <- seasoned, low profile, smart.   They were the people who protected me since late 1974 – untouchable.

And, by removing them . . .

Claude Lessage’s outfit cornered, took over hashish whole sale distribution.  Law enforcers like Paquette were in conspiracy with local organized crime.  They continued to be protected.

ORGANIZED.

1977 was a take-over operation.
