The medical professionals at Treatment Centre knew about 1965 – it’s in the 2007 casefile.  Now imagine if they had found out about 1978 with old man Lavergne and this perp selling Mark Smith 13 to GUERTIN – What kind of crimes against humanity to you think GUERTIN does?  High likely part of human trafficking network notwithstanding experienced in doing medical organized crimes – Old man LAVERGNE was a pedophile even defiled his own children – daughter and sons (wife in on it and that’s why Jean-Paul LAVERGNE hated his mother) – Yvon LAVERGNE (Son) is a registered pedophile.

Was around in 1965 and once Mark’s protector died (summer 1978), the perp came back to claim the child.  When the child (Mark) refused to be touched by LAVERGNE, the old fucker sold him to GUERTIN by February 1979 – these people are all high likely part of a pedophile human trafficking network.

2007 – Family Confess to Abuse After Mark’s Suicide Attempt – Grandmother Chenier Contact Treatment Centre – they didn’t have a choice.  If they didn’t admit then the 1979 SALE of Mark to GUERTIN would have been exposed by Carmen Chenier, she held the Ace card.  That’s the reason why the FAMILY confessed . . . to protect the human trafficking sale of 1979.

When he became an adult, Michelle GUERTIN created covertly problems as means to then come in as his savior.

First major thing was to make it so that he gets a criminal record.  She accomplished that when he was 18-19 years old.

This guy wasn’t a criminal this was a setup.  So he carried on with his life and when he was in a serious relationship with a good person from a good family.  They came in and broke their relationship, they psychologically attacked “MIND-WAR” the fiancee so that she becomes unstalbe, jealous, feeling of being unable to compete with >> the mother of his child . . . . the SON who was 12-13 years old, who once thought Mark was is real father, knew by this time, that he wasn’t his father.  The SON willingly agreed to participate destroy the life of man he once thought was his real father.

The purpose was to have Mark’s life destroyed (covertly) so that they could come in as his SAVIOR.  SAVE HIM FROM THE NOW PSYCHOTIC DANGEROUS FIANCEE.

With a nurturing attitude they convinced him he needed to be hospitalized in a mental health hospital . . . ORGANIZED.

THIS IS THE POINT OF LEGAL AND MENTAL ENSLAVEMENT.  The psychiatrist worked in conspiracy with GUERTIN to break Mark’s psyche.  Created multiple personality disorder, trust fixation for GUERTIN and his sister NICOLE PERIARD.  He became psychologically / emotionally dependent on these people . . . eating out of their hands.  He developed drug addictions, alcoholism . . . and they legally marked him as mentally deranged, volatile and dangerous.  This was important so that in the future they could use the legal system to RECUPERATE HIM / GRAB HIM for forcefully institutionalization.

In 2007, after the family provoked suicide, Mark through the grace of God, received ethical psychiatric treatment because he escaped them.  Many of the psychological implants (1992 GUERTIN) were removed such as drug addiction, alcoholism, multiple personality disorder, etc.  but not all of them – he still trusted GUERTIN.

From 2016-2018 >> the plan was to remove me by having me killed or simply disappeared (missing) so that he would then run to the GUERTIN as he always did when he needed help.

His former psychiatrist (1990s) who experimented on him (a lot), was always lurking in the background waiting for a successful grab, once they would have had a hold on him, the next step was >> mental hospital (former psychiatric waiting) – Dr. B. A. BOYD.

The moment the GUERTIN bought him in 1979, they owned him.  In 1992, they broke him, psychologically re-arranged him so that he would be easier to control and recapture since he was tagged as mental, volatile and dangerous.
