222 (1) A person commits homicide when, directly or indirectly, by any means, he causes the death of a human being.

There are several suspicious death surrounding this case. For example, Jean-Paul Lavergne (step-father), Marcel Trepanier (Mark’s non-biological father) and his girlfriend Candy including three other deaths considered dark family secrets.

Another suspicious death is the suicide of Mr. Phelps, the late husband of a member from a spiritual group I belong to called Connecting Consciousness as well as the late husband of another member – I used to call us the three widows. MARK SMITH’S LAST DAYS – PREMEDITATED HOMICIDE

On 11 December 2018, with GUERTIN’s influence, they had a physician to get Mark Smith to believe he was dying of cancer – Why did he believe it? Because it came from a doctor. He was scheduled next day to be transferred to a palliative centre. There was nothing I could do to dissuade him, it came from a doctor.

DAY 1 – 12 DECEMBER 2018 – Bruyere Palliative Care Centre

On 13 December 2018, he demanded I take him out of there – he had stopped the nurse from injecting him with cancer related medication – he held her wrist firmly, shaking her, the needle flew in the air and landed on his lap – he screamed that I take him out of there.

He didn’t believe the cancer story lie but it was too late. If I had taken him out of Bruyere and returned to any other local hospitals, they would have maintained the lie. That’s the level of influence GUERTIN had/has in the medical system. Checkmate.

They carry the same NAZI signature as those who were prosecuted in the Nuremberg trials. How fitting and enslaving to have influence to commit crimes using the legal as well as the medical system. They have the power to incapacitate, enslave and euthanize without fear of retribution – CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY.

By next day (14th), they medicated him to the point that he was comatosed. He died two days later – I suspect breathing failure (think of Fentanyl – if you are not a ventilator and you’re given a large dose, chances are you are going to die) – they killed him off and wrote it off as cancer.

The guy was too healthy to be in last stages of cancer. If he had recuperated there would have been hell to pay so they killed him off on 16 December 2018.

What pushed them on 11 December 2018 was the fact that on 10 December 2018, I reported that an outer family member wanted to speak with me. A holy shit moment – I was about to find out about the fraudulent court case (CSIS, GUERTIN, FAMILY).

So the e-monitoring INTEL feed was given to GUERTIN who, by next day (11 Dec), got the physician to work in conspiracy to misdiagnose Mark with Cancer and send him off to a palliative centre.

By the way, I cut 6″ strands of hair (pony tail) the day before they killed him off >> 20181215-Hair-Strand-Mark-Smith.png >> 6 inches equals 15 months of forensic analysis – it will also show poisoning in late April 2018 by his sister NICOLE PERIARD as well as the effect of the laser shot (22 January 2018).

HERE’S ANOTHER TIME WHEN A PHYSICIAN AGREED TO WORK WITH GUERTIN AND FAMILY IN CONSPIRACY

After the failed kidnapping by GUERTIN on 26 APRIL 2018, PERIARD most likely poisoned Mark just enough so that he would agree to go see a physician – Poisoning is a PERIARD Signature (verifiable). It was a means to have him agree to have PERIARD coordinate a medical appointment – A GUERTIN special >> the physician tried to scare him to believe he was dying (Blood Clot behind skull) and insisted he be rushed by ambulance – there was no blood clot >> Same excuse use by the SON during winter 2018.

26-28 April 2018 – Family Poison suspect – Foam out of his mouth – 6″ hair strand 12 hrs before he died
