• 366 (1) Every one commits forgery who makes a false document, knowing it to be false, with intent

(1) December 2009 – Forging a letter – Forging the signature of a former physician seen 4 years earlier.  The letter has been preserved – I strongly suspect prints of the sender are still there.  (Letter has been preserved)

• Two versions – same narration:

(2) 2011 – False arrest warrant – He did excessive jail time for a forgery – GUERTIN – The plan was to get him off as a technicality PROVIDING Michelle GUERTIN was his lawyer.  She forged the case she defended in 1983 which was also, at the time, a setup.  Amazing. (It’s in the system – she forged her own case and used it 28 years later to fabricate a fraudulent arrest warrant.)

• 2011 – GUERTIN w/t PERIARD – Organized Operations – Forged Arrest Warrant & 2 Attempts to Set Me Up

(3) False written statement presented in COURT on 9 MAY 2018 – They affixed on top of this forged document, the one-pager Constable Leblanc and I signed confirming that our VIDEO interview was the truth (23 APRIL 2018).  They replaced my video statement with a forged written statement. (Witnesses exist)
