23 APRIL 2018 – CALLED 911 -OPP VIDEO Statement – I NAMED them – 9 MAY COURT replaced with FALSE WRITTEN STATEMENT – delivered to Court by CSIS Rep

9 MAY – As I waited in the court waiting room, this individual sits next to me a few chairs down and performs  – How he exuded arrogance and confidence (I don’t care if you know attitude) – he was about to deliver the false written statement to the court – he  arrived 30 minutes before court started  – his cockiness is what made him stand out – he made sure I saw him as he was theatrical – like someone doing une pirouette before killing or doing a heist – he was the runner who brought the false written statement –

it was a last minute thing  – since 26 APRIL 2018 they’d tried to kidnap him at least three times (26, 30 April & 7 May)  also tried to poison him on the 27,28 April but without notice I took him out of their house – breached the No-Contact order – saved his life.

30 APRIL 2018 -Kidnap-attempt at Sobeys-5 men- 1 female.jpg (Mark was very shaky and sick because we suspect Nicole poisoned him two days in a row 27,28 – I took him out of there on 29th without notice – stopped the poison dispensing from Nicole – one of her signatures (source verifiable).

27-28 APRIL 2018  – I crashed Nicole’s poison party. I removed him from her house.

7 MAY 2018 -D.E.-Giant-Tiger.pdf – The same female as on the 30th – was the one who would ge t Mark incapacitated in the store and a VAN was waiting outside for her signal.  She recognized me and freaked – gave the signal to GO GO GO – abort mission – this kidnapping should have worked but for some reason or another I turned around and surveilled the perimeter until he was done shopping – I never had the opportunity to tell him this almost happened.

THEY WERE UNABLE TO  successfully kidnap him (last attempt 7 May) – ONLY OPTION was to substitute my police statement – – replace with a false written statement and THROW ME OUT OF THE COURT WAITING ROOM with threats of being arrested if I stayed.

Were they out of their minds?  NO, they were going to replace my video statement and the court administration found out when the court case was presented in the court room – no forewarning – video statement aside – SHE WAS LIVID – and will confirm this information as she indicated when we spoke on 10 MAY 2018 – the constable will also attest to the verity that it was a video statement. – he was absent from court that day.  Both of us were not there (I was ordered to leave).  The Court administrator present in the courtroom and the constable were not IN on it.

I NAMED THEM ALL – they were unable to kidnap or poison him so he goes to the hospital right? then voila they had him but I took him away on the 29th – stopped two kidnapping 30th and 7 may – what else could they do to protect themselves – they were named in the video statement – Ta-DA .

When I saw rage on his face, I ran upstairs – grabbed a flash drive and headed to the washroom I forgot to lock the door – I sat on the toilet (bench) and quickly insert the device in my IPHONE and swipe here and there – I was going to upload as many recordings I could to a WHATAPPS conversation group comprised of 3 individuals and I – 4 participants.

Who are the other participants?  Three MILITARY POLICE.

But I never had the chance because Mark barged in and I looked guilty with my phone in hand swiping here and there – as he tried to take it away from me – he says:  “I will break your neck like a twig” just like 22 January 2018 (see blog transcript part 1) and it was the look in his eyes – EVIL – he meant it.

It was going to happen – I pushed him aside and ran to the forest – I was sobbing because I knew the killer was out –   However, he never assaulted me physically.  I pushed him he almost feel in the bathtub.  they’d succeeded what they tried on 22 January 2018 – the emo-dude strangler was out and he was enraged.  He meant it <– that’s why I called 911.

Had I not called I bet I would be dead by May 2018 – by end of April 2018.

MY HEART SANK when I was speaking to the 911 operator – two men were in the background waiting for me to say “Mark Smith” – when I did, they exchanged “ok yeah ok ok” then got off the line.

NOT SAFE can you imagine when one realizes there is no way to escape them – and here I was in the forest sobbing and I hear those two fucking retarded human-apes  what kind of chop shop are we running here?” holy shit.

The complainant ends up being victimized by the  system from get-go.  Trapped.

At the station, I gave a video statement – the constable was genuine – we went through the TRUTH schpeel – took 5-7 minutes to ensure I understood the importance of telling to the truth and not withholding anything.

The we both signed a loose one-page 8 1/2 x 11 to authenticate the video interview.

The constable including employees of the court Administration will support / confirm that the interview was in a video format and seen at the Court by the Administrator and Prosecutor.  The Constable is powerless here – done behind his back – Finds out after the fact.  I will vouch for the Constable because he was genuine – they exploited and forged his integrity – the video statement shows it,

On 9 May 2018, I was forbidden to attend / to be present AS A COMPLAINANT to my own case – I WAS thrown out of the Court waiting room – I’d just encountered the individual who brought in the false written statement – I strongly suspect was written by Nicole Periard – I saw the multi-page she wrote.

I HAD TO LEAVE MY OWN CASE – COURT ADMINISTRATION were not pleased. I WAS TOLD THEY HAD MY BACK.  I truly believe the CONSTABLE M.L. would attest – they frauded my signature and the constable.

IN the video statement, I NAMED THEM ALL – I CALL the son satanic – I even defined the word SATANIC.  I repeatedly say THESE PEOPLE ARE THE CAUSE for the chaos in our house  – – THEY ARE tied to “templar organization”  “FREEMASON” – everyone was named as responsible as it should be.

VIDEO INTERVIEW STATEMENT FOR 23 APRIL 2018 – They took our token of authentication “loose sheet we signed” and attached on top of the multi-page false document – Although I was thrown out of the court waiting room, I waited by the highway at least 3-4 hours for Mark  – he had a copy – I held it in my hand.

many many pages – – – felt like Nicole Periard. I didn’t read it because it would have been a bad emotional distraction – it would be demonic, inverted – a reflection of them – a mirror image of what they are.

Do a profile analysis of that written statement and you have a picture of these people – this is real – a profiler or mind-hunter would love to do that analysis – – – a deep entrance into the minds of psychopaths.  I know i would – so would someone like Eldon Ford (FBI BSU)

Now one has to realize I had been on the run since January 2018 – since 27 February I knew they wanted to kill him too.

Now he was fragmented and fucked up.
