To be redone / rewritten (this post is dated 29 DEC 2022) –  i’ve pondered long and hard as to why I’ve been targeted since childhood.  I don’t have the definitive answer . . .

In the “Mark Smith” case (this website), the New Partners who used CSIS and allied with the Guertin and Family in 2015, energetically feel similar to the circle of influence of Trudeau’s circle . .  generational European.

I’ve been targeted since childhood perhaps it stems / is due to my father, a White Hat who was stationed in Germany for three years after WWII (more on that topic – few paragraphs down).

There may also be the factor of merovingian lineage (Dagobert bloodline) that come into play here.  I don’t know.
This is something I do not share lightly – I have known since 27 September 1978.

Then, there may be esoteric reasons . . . for instance my birth chart from an astro-theological perspective is the Solar Cross, click here <– which makes me an ideal sacrificial lamb for satanic rituals.

Another reason could also be related to 26 July 1962 at 3 years old.  Now get ready for what you are about to read . .  .. So what happened in July 1962?  I replaced whoever was in the body previously –  the child was hit by a car and hung on strings of life and death – I woke up on 26 July 1962 in the toddler’s body – it was actually a very bad experience when I realized I couldn’t talk properly, I had difficulty formulating full sentences “no matter if the sentence were clear in mind, I just couldn’t formulate it properly vocally”.

It was a real shocker “twilight zone nightmarish experience” – it took me six months to get use to the emotional conditioning of adult humans – it was actually a disappointment “telling people how they really felt and uncovering ulterior motives “being empath” was frown upon especially coming from a child”.

And the first memory of life experienced in 1962 was confirmed in mid-September 2016 <– a very profound experience “it made sense now”.

In mid-September 2016, when I asked “why not “incarnate” at birth?”  the answer was:  “it was not an option”.  Apparently, some of us are barred from incarnating here <– because of the satanic virus that rules in this world at this moment.  The swap  (1962) was already planned – It is  a hack to come here.  Oh, I know how it sounds, here’s a document I wrote about it, click here.

By 1963, I was detected, here’s my first experience of being attacked – they used psy technology and it was stopped by Dr. Charles Katz (German scientist who migrated to Canada after WWII – close family friend), click here for 1963 experience.  That technology was used again in Fall 2015, 2016 & 2017 by the New Partner who used CSIS <– same network as in 1963, click here for info on 2015-2017 events using same technology as 1963.

Another factor that comes into play is my last incarnation here (during WWII NAZI occupation Austria) – In December 2016, I uncovered more information about that past life and oddly, the game changed in early 2017 to make me the kill bait in the Mark Smith operation (this case on this website) – yes, I wrote about it and they knew .  . . so what?  well . . . The STEINER name was a thorn in Himmler’s back side (to say the least) – They hated us.  Also, I was part of the underground intelligence network.

While incarcerated (WWII camp), they used us in psychic/esoteric experimental program, we called it the “puppet program”.    About the “puppet program”, at the time, they didn’t have the technology required to take over one’s consciousness . . . and now they do >> “WEF see us as hackable animals” <– they carry the same stench of satanism and NAZISM just like the past. How about that.

Although they had been trying to get me killed as early as summer 2016, after December 2016, a new game plan was hatched to use me as kill bait  >> 2017 “Mrs. Periard do you know Lyn Champagne?” YES, I do. Then she gave CSIS the 2014 Email – CSIS & GUERTIN Blamed LYN for NICOLE Problems | Gets Nicole On-Board >> SON TRUST & LYN as Kill BAIT for Mark GRAB.

And lastly for this section of spiritual / esoteric possible reasons . . . I have had through life several past life remembrance during early Christianity.  And, on 13 November 2016, I wrote a long email to someone to request help for my son.  In that long email, I provided too much information.

By 13 November 2016 my son was on the brink of suicide.  For the past 5-6 weeks my son was attacked by demonic apparitions “holograms” <– man-made, psy technology from New Partner who used CSIS. 

My Son thought Satan was attacking him and for the past months was living in a world of banishing holographic projections of demonic creatures. 

By 11-13 November 2016, he was exhausted and ready to kill himself. AFTER SENDING an EMAIL requesting help for my son, the oppression immediately stopped –   Here’s the email click here. <– I describe in details and more “too much information”. 

In that email, I included information regarding our possible family link to Max Spiers (who was killed 16 July 2016).  I also included past remembrance I had of early days of Christianity <– which was not the first time but in November 2016 I again remembered.

After sending the email, OPPRESSION immediately stopped <– New Partner stopped, why?  Again, one has to wonder if this was not the reason for changing the game plan to use me as Kill Bait.

Pick one or both.  But by early 2017, the preparation to make me the KILL Bait to grab Mark Smith was the modus operandi.  That was the root of the mission.

The GUERTIN and the New Partner who used CSIS carry both the Stench of Satanism and Nazism.

Four days later I lost access to this website (my own site) for next four months . .

On the 26 August 2020, I lost access to this/my website for next four months just as I was completing a post having to do with the 1973-74 kidnap I experienced >> 26 August 2020 – Denied Access 4 Months – What was I posting & investigating at the time?

About my father

He served overseas (3 years in Germany) after post-WWII. He might have been involved with post-WWII projects involving German scientists coming to Canada.  He had several friends  who worked at the National Research Council – many who were German doctors and scientists – They were friends of our family (my father, not my mother) such as Dr. Charles Katz, who as a child, I trusted implicitly over any other physician.

Throughout the 1960-70s, my father was a Television celebrity in Canada and USA.  He was a musical director/producer, an author and composer.  He participated in composing some of the musical scores for the Star War trilogy soundtrack.

The energy of the NEW PARTNERS who used CSIS in the “Mark Smith” case exude the same energetic feel as the ONES who ordered my kidnap by CUBA SECRET SERVICE in December 2004  – I was lured to accept this FREE trip to CUBA – an “organized” operation >> DECEMBER 2004 – CUBA – TWO KIDNAPS ATTEMPTS by CUBAN SECRET SERVICE – FAILED – 2nd Try Exposed They Were Following Orders from a USA or Canadian Source.

This incident occurred three months after learning I was not terminally ill (Sep 2004 – took 11 months).  In October 2003, I was diagnosed with 18 months to live – “FIXED” – a medical crime – If I had taken the meds I would probably be dead today.  Oddly, when I published this on 29 November 2017, all flyovers ceased immediately.  October-December 2017 – MUFON EMAIL EXCHANGE > Cause for Black H’copter to fly over house? Smoke and mirrors and Beings of light photos led to doc “18 months to live” – they expected I would claim ETs repaired my heart (MUFON) but I didn’t – Misdiagnosis was FIXED.

In mid-late 1960, my mother was victim of MK-Ultra atrocities  –  My grand-mother was in the upper circle of society and institutionalized her daughter “my mother” because she had a long standing affair with a black man – this man was ran out of the country.

When Mark told me that LOUIS GUERTIN called most of us “commoners”  it reminded me of my grand-mother.  She also called people “commoners”.  Thinking she and her circle were above everyone outside their generational circle – a network of high ranking officials and acolytes in the Roman Catholic Church.  Yes, satanist ideology and entitled.  I was a big disappointment to her.  At an early age, I vowed never to be like them – stopped contact by age 13.

My mother was subjected to medical psy experiments – They broke her – psychiatrists became her handler.  (Medical crime)

At the age of 11-12 (1971-72), at the recommendations of my mother’s psychiatrists who were in conspiracy with her mother “my grand-mother and her circle”, I was smeared as a means to send away for a year – My father was tricked to believe them and go along with them.  This should have broken me but instead it back-fired.  My father realized it was a . . .  yes, I will write here . . . a false flag, a means to remove me from the household for a year, a setup.

In 1972, this stint “false flag on a child” contributed to my parents divorcing and my father having legal custody. I was raised by my father “the one I trusted as well as Dr. Charles Katz”  – I ceased contact with the matriarch side of the family – They became role models of what I vowed to never become >>  Manipulative females – toxic – easy to trap and corrupt – poo-ah.

When I think of Mark Smith at age 13 – the father-son cover was a false flag done on a child by his mother – toxic female.  Unfortunately, he had lost his protection >> his great grandfather George Charles Smith who’d died 7-8 months prior >> 1965 – Hospital INFANT Trafficking $10-15K – G-Grandfather STOPS It but Dies in 1978 puts Mark Back at Risk | 1978-79 – Old Man LAVERGNE (Future Estate) SELLS YOUTH to GUERTIN Family – “Time to Live” TICKER on Youth | DEC 2018 – CASH-OUT by DEATH.

When I was 13-14 years old (1973-74), I was kidnapped but escaped.  Local law enforcement turned to other way – the kidnappers beat someone to very likely death <– he saved my life.  1973-74 – KIDNAP – Escaped under Grim Circumstances – Law Turned Blind Eye | 1977 – Take-Over Operation – Law & Organized Crime Alliance.

There are other incidents throughout my life.  Divine Providence and my father  Champ Champagne protected me.  At age four, I had a horrific experience where my father and Dr. Charles Katz came to help.  It was a shadow man projection who lunged at me.  They knew it was not paranormal but technology-based – same technology used in Fall 2015, 2016, 2017 involving GUERTIN, FAMILY and New Partner who used CSIS (same network as in 1963), click here.

So the New Partners who used CSIS had/have access to projection technology that existed in the 1960s.  In October/November 2016, my son experienced numerous projections who were demonic looking “pixar 3D cartoonish” quality.  After several weeks, it brought him on the brink of suicide because he didn’t know they were man-made projections nor did I at the time – he believed they were evil spirits so did I.  BUT >> the moment I emailed someone for help and described the projections (13 Nov 2016) – it immediately ceased. <– because it was not paranormal, it was technology-based.

Here, let me put it to you another way >> “do you think that demonic entities read the email and stopped?  Or do you think satanic human intelligence “psychopaths” saw the email and stopped?  it’s humans “technology” >> the New partners who allied with Guertin and Family.

Since the recipient of my email (13 Nov 2016) was also monitored (Europe based), I will venture that there’s a very short list of people who have access to this technology >>  I strongly suspect they stopped in order to remain invisible “uh-oh let’s stop because they (in Europe) will uncover it’s us (new partners in Canada)”.  They were pushing for my son to commit suicide.  It failed.  To know more about 2016 into 2017, refer to item 6. at the end of this post.

Another point about the 13 November 2016 email, I wrote too much information about myself as it related to Christianity and more.  I believe it may well have re-ignited the order to terminate me.  More precisely use me as Kill bait – refer to document listed in item 6. below.

On 19 August 2018, I was again danger of being arrested, this is what I did to change the course >> I reported three suspicious deaths involving the FAMILY >>  17-19 August 2018 – Louis & Bouvier convinced Mark to leave & have me arrested – 2nd attempt at eliminating me using jail.

The new partners who used CSIS  may well have come in our lives because I got noticed when I commented on a specific kind of YOUTUBE video – I got noticed they checked out who I lived with and they discovered GUERTIN agenda  >> 11-15 February 2015 – GUERTIN – A financial partnership by force or by choice? Were they discovered “someone found out”? Or sought assistance at a price $$$?

And what a small world . . . before the New Partners who used CSIS allied with the GUERTIN in 2015 – – – – In 2009, the GUERTIN tried to leverage the false terminal diagnosis medical test results 2003 <– which was very likely fixed by the future New Partners . . . “chuckles” funny not but not funny >> GUERTIN medical crime >> 2009 Forged Medical Letter – Leveraging Test Results 2003-04 to push Medical Treatment | 2017 Fly-overs stopped after writing about 2003-04 & my Son’s Kidnap for Execution.

When my father passed away, my son was kidnapped – the purpose was to leverage my father’s death and kill my son.  The perpetrators told him he was to be killed but first they would torture him.  Because they really got off on the torture and stalled to kill him, he was able to escape at dawn by the third day.

To conclude, the need to use me as KILL bait would have satisfied the New Partner’s agenda 2016-2018 – it failed.  Instead, they black-listed me after Mark Smith’s death in December 2018.  And to think that they were so confident the job would be done by January 2018.

The reason for doing this site is to show what they did, to expose and get them prosecuted –  It was/is also my best option in order to stay alive – The more people know the safer I am.  They need to be brought to Justice but are protected >> above the law.
