Preface

The GUERTIN do/did medical organized crimes to terminate targets.  Mark is not the first nor the last.  The GUERTIN showed organization and experienced. In December 2009 (before new partners (CSIS) came on board, the GUERTIN forged a letter using my former physician’s signature as means to make me believe I had an immediate need for treatment for an (imaginary) condition. The means to kill using the medical for GUERTIN was/is  by faking terminal illnesses and then if your target believes it – because it comes from a doctor “word of a demi-god” – Then the target takes the wrong medication, agrees to be hospitalized and that’s how they terminate – none the wiser.

Now this case is well before Covid Era – BUT! if it had been during Covid, the GUERTIN would have most likely leverage COVID as the cause of death.

NOW FOLKS, ponder on this for a moment . . . . we have serial killers who leverage the medical system to kill specific targets . . .and COVID comes along . . . wow how easy it is to terminate under guise of COVID – So many died due to injections and Redemsir (courtesy of Dr. Death Fauci) that MARK SMITH would have been a statistic.  I will venture many targets were terminate this way  (a free for all for medical serial killers).

IN addition I would not have had access to him in order to cut 6″ strands of hair a few hours before he died (to show via forensic that he didn’t have cancer).  IN his case, they faked / made him believe he was dying of cancer – >> announced 11 December 2018 and dead by 16 December 2018.  On 13 December 2018, he wanted to get out of there . . . . I should have listened because by next day they comatosed him and he was euthanized two days later.

Sorry I digressed.  But all to say – DEMONS and GUERTIN said in the same sentence in my car?  it wasn’t supernatural but man-made >> zapping car computer system at a distance.  The joy of being monitored, right?  it allowed them to execute supernatural like experiences.

And what follows is one of four of those incidents

Here’s a classic example on making the target think that events are supernatural when in reality it was man-made.  Bottom line, each time I mentioned / wrote / said the word DEMON in my car  and calling GUERTIN demonic puppets / psychopaths  – immediately after,  I would experience car problem.

Uncanny isn’t it?  The first time is a coincidence.  The second time might be coincidental but third and fourth time?   no no no >> my car was not attacked by supernatural demonic forces, it was technology used at a distance to affect the computer system in the car.  By the second time,  I suspected technology.

On this day, 5 years ago, Mark avoided BOUVIER phone calls.  He started to close his phone after 7pm.  Of course, they knew because they could hear our in-house conversations.

They MOST LIKELY were responsible for creating a situation in mid-evening that was a sort of punishment.

They zapped my car (at a distance) so that I would have car problems unable to reach home.  I went to town which should have taken 30 minutes back and fro but it took over 2 hours.

When I got home after much struggle, Mark who had fallen asleep woke up disoriented and wondering why I was gone for so long.

But here’s the thing . .. this car problem would be the first of four other times.  And the commonality behind each occurrences was the word DEMON – when said in my car or after writing how the GUERTIN were demonic.

On 27 AUGUST 2018 . . .

The car problem occurred after  viewing the word DEMON on my IPHONE.  After August 2018, the same occurrence (demon then car problem) happened on other three occasions.

27 February 2019, 26-27 April 2019 and 29 July 2020.  The latter was the same problem as on 27 August 2018. On 29 JULY 2020, I had just finished writing about the experience on 27 AUGUST 2018 and the same car problem occurred – same problem.

On 27 August 2018, the purpose to create a car breakdown  was so that I couldn’t reach Mark – IF BOUVIER couldn’t call him then neither could I.

THEY KNEW WHY HE CLOSED HIS PHONE BECAUSE THEY OVERHEARD OUR IN-HOUSE DISCUSSION ABOUT CLOSING HIS PHONE AT NIGHT >> IN ORDER TO AVOID BOUVIER’S NASTY INTEL REPORTS USUALLY DISTRESSING AND IF I HAD NOT BEHAVED CORRECTLY THEN I WAS TO BE USED TO SEED DOUBT AND SUSPICION AS TO MY MOTIVES TOWARD MARK <– NASTY REPORTS ABOUT ME.

Here’s the story:

That evening, Mark closed his phone – he had enough of Bouvier’s Intel reports and family random calls of threats.

I left to get food in town.  Should have taken 30 minutes but ended taking 2 hours +.

While in the car at the A&W drive-thru waiting my turn (cashier), I activated a Ghost radar application on my phone, laid it on the passenger seat and  let it run.

When I got to the cashier, within seconds, a violent storm started, wind, gall, big drops – the cashier couldn’t keep the window open.  Intense wind.

I paid, left and went to the gas station.  Stopped the car. Put gas. When I came to leave, the car wouldn’t engage in DRIVE mode – The stick was jammed in Park – I was stranded at the gas pump – waiting for a towing.

The towing person showed me how to manually engage in DRIVE.

It took over two hours + to get home.

It was as if  > > “if they couldn’t call / text him nor could I  – there you go – your car is f&cked and he will be very upset  . . . because he won’t believe your excuse – it didn’t rain/no storm at our house either”.

Oddly, the next time, I had this transmission jam was on 29 July 2020 – again involved the D word << I had just written about 27 August 2018 and once when I went to use my car, I had the SAME problem as in August 2018.

On 27 February 2019, again talking of GUERTIN who these creatures were demonic marionettes “Demons” while sitting in my car with a friend – My car went in lock down mode – dead.  It took 4 hours to get home (towed).  The CAA associate suggested most likely this was caused by someone/something zapping my car remotely (technology) – not supernatural – man-made.

Until then, it wasn’t in my consciousness but that made logical sense.  Not supernatural, my IPhone was on they heard me talking about the GUERTIN in the car and there you go, they remotely triggered the anti-lock sensor of the vehicle.

On 27 August 2018, the Ghost Radar application would be easy to manipulate – man-made showing specific words to appear on the screen <– man-made not entities –  keep that in mind folks when using these applications.

Also remotely manipulate car computer so that the transmission cannot be engaged in any other position than PARK.

On 29 July 2020, the car transmission problem happened again soon AFTER writing about 27 AUGUST 2018 and posting to GOOGLE DRIVE and the Website.  Coincidence?  Well.  I was writing about the D word incident of 27 August 2018 . . . and the same problem occurred.  NOT a coincidence and not supernatural demons but demons on the ground, man-made remote tampering with the car’s computer system.

I was able to manually disengage from PARK using the trick I was shown on 27 August 2018.

BY 27 AUGUST 2018, MARK no LONGER LISTENED TO BOUVIER (CSIS) – KEEP IN MIND, THEY THOUGHT I HAD DESTROYED THE RECORDINGS.

ON 29 AUGUST 2018,  MARK WANTED ME TO TAKE OVER SO THAT WE COULD PUSH CRIMINAL CHARGES AGAINST HIS FAMILY LIKE HE SHOULD HAVE DONE IN 2007 AND THAT INCLUDED MICHELLE GUERTIN.

AT THE TIME, WE WERE TRICKED TO BELIEVE THAT HIS SO-CALLED SON HAD COMMITTED SUICIDE (I WAS BLAMED AT THE TIME BECAUSE I HADN’T DELETED THE RECORDINGS AS SPECIFIED BY THE SO-CALLED INTERPOL AGENTS WHO VISITED ON 22 JUNE 2018 TO ANNOUNCE THAT BOTH GUERTIN MOTHER AND SON HAD BEEN ARRESTED

INTERPOL + OPP >> “PLEASE DESTROY THE RECORDINGS THEY ARE NO LONGER REQUIRED – WE DON’T NEED THEM FOR GUERTIN’S ARREST”.

I DIDN’T COMPLY AND THE SON (FAKE) KILLED HIMSELF.

ON 29 AUGUST 2018, THEY WOULD DISCOVER THAT I HAD FAKED DESTROYING THE RECORDINGS.
