2018 – Using Third Party Names Without Consent Can Be Risky – Twice With Different Parties Damage Control Avoid Exposure

Let’s start with Knights Templar.

Throughout 2018, they, New Partners (CSIS) and GUERTIN went out of their way, to label Templars as being those I’ve come to call “New Partners (CSIS)”.

• 29 June – 4 July 2018 – Let it go They Are Gone, You Won’t Be Killed – I Didn’t Stop & Targeted the SON So They Fake Suicided the SON and Blamed Me for Triggering It,

New Partners (CSIS) hid by giving the impression they were Knights Templar / Freemasons who were the force BACKING GUERTIN.  That they were the ones who were out to terminate me, the ones leading the operation (for GUERTIN since Fall 2015) to remove me, isolate SMITH through shock and he runs to them – job done.

• But in May 2020, I uncovered it wasn’t Knights Templar / Freemason, it was CSIS (operational side such as monitoring, boots on the ground) – They were most likely under orders of a  governance body “cabal” above them which I call “New Partners” – Above GUERTIN’s pay grade.

  In early February 2019, I called CSIS general line, once I said my name, immediately the operator responded sarcastically with no hesitation >> “By-y-y-ye” and hung up.  It raised a red flag there and then.

Do I think Knights Templar are “New Partners”?  No. 

Why not?  Because New Partners’ network targeted me well before I knew Mark SMITH.  Last attempt to terminate was in 2004, then 2003 (highly suspected) and before that January 1999.

Perhaps you can now understand when they joined/allied, why the first choice to isolate SMITH for GUERTIN was by exterminating me.

Until New Partners (CSIS) came along, I wasn’t at risk of being killed or forcefully removed then eliminated offsite.

I was “their pudding” whereas Mark SMITH was GUERTIN’s prize.

Now think about this . . . GUERTIN got their prize but they didn’t – do you think it’s over?  No it’s not.  With them it’s just a question of time until next opportunity comes along. 

When did I meet Mark SMITH?  I met SMITH on 23 Dec 2008, one day before he returned on his FAMILY’s doorstep (24 Dec 2008) – Last game was >> Jan 2007, family provoked suicide (holiday rejection & more)  – Almost worked saved by stranger – While he was at Treatment Centre (2007), Family faked remorse & evaded criminal prosecution (pushed by counsellors).  He forgave them.

We met a day before the games resumed – Family (forefront) worked for GUERTIN (background).  He was wanted dead or alive – If alive, institutionalized and euthanized (GUERTIN).

Via investigation, it took until MAY 2020 to uncover the New Partners, CSIS, GUERTIN, Family synergy. And yes, in that hierarchal order of importance and control.

To conclude about hiding as  Knights Templar (KT) . . .

• • On 27 JUNE 2018, I believe they might have been at risk of exposing they were hiding  under cover of KT . . . something like that.

    A sort of DAMAGE CONTROL occurred ON and AFTER 27 June 2018

You have to be careful when you use other people names without their consent to influence especially when for trickery and to commit organized crimes involving premeditated homicides.

And that brings us to revisit how they pulled a similar stunt on 10-15 February 2018, the time period I call Reliable Source Program. 

During this period, they used the names of family kins (clueless) to tweak SMITH to homicidal rage for the coveted crime of passion.  

KINS that knew Mark since he was in diapers.  Trusted.

New Partners (CSIS) + GUERTIN + FAMILY  were confident to never get caught using the names of innocent people.

Why?  because they were sure I was going to be killed by 14 FEB 2018, no one would have known – So imagine perps used your name as threat agent and you don’t even know it and you probably would never know it, if the KILL is successful.

But now imagine the kill fails because the target (me) puts it up on the INTERNET.

Uh-oh, don’t ever let them know we used their names to tweak SMITH for a kill and high likely a suicide.  They’ve known the boy since he’s an infant – Marcel’s boy.

And that’s where they stood after 13 February 2018 . . . At risk of being exposed.

Damage control occurred on 15 FEB 2018 – The two family kin whose names were used to tweak in homicidal rage, were made to call to state that when they would find out who was after SMITH, they would deal with them – One of the kin said >> “. . . will get a shot in the head”.

So damage control here was to let them in on it with a variance.

New Partners (CSIS) who now ran the operation most likely used THERESA LAVERGNE (Mark’s mother) to contact them this way >>  “ohhhh someone is after Markie . . . he’s in danger but we don’t know who is after him . . . ”  most likely dished out with a frail voice, in distress.

Why not use NICOLE PERIARD?

Because she wasn’t trusted by these family kin.  Yes, that’s the type of reputation she had – a dangerous female who sets up people.

Her biological father Marcel Trepanier didn’t trust her.  She false flagged too many people . . .  These kin folks were tied to Marcel – They didn’t/don’t set up people like the folks PERIARD associates with.

• And Theresa would continue with something like this >> “Please call him to let him know that you have his back . . . . boo hoo hoo we don’t know who . . . . if you find out please reassure him you will deal with the perps . . . that you will protect him . . .  boo-hoo hoo”.

That’s how they averted them to ever find out what they were really doing from 10 to 13 February 2018  – Turned it around before these people, Mackie Potvin and Sasquatch got wind that their names were used to tweak Mark SMITH.

Keep in mind, in the horrific disinformation package by the SON and Michelle GUERTIN (10-13 Feb 2018), they claimed that these kin folks had heard on the street that Lyn Champagne was setting SMITH up = I was the gang leader of a group who were waiting for my signal >> when he got his (fake) inheritance, I was going to trap him, his SON and Michelle GUERTIN – I would take the money and run – my organized crime gang was on the job – waiting.

• Wow . . . . about my so-called “organized gang” >>  I was National Country Coordinator for a global spiritual group called Connecting Consciousness – Country Coordinator for Canada chapter.

And to put weight to that claim, Michelle GUERTIN claimed that CSIS had intel reports to substantiate that it was true.

Wow.

The Kill was stopped when I used SKYPE to tell them to stop because they would get me killed, at the same time I uploaded two recordings and told them I knew they monitored.  They stopped.  Michelle GUERTIN called later that day (13 Feb), to announce that it wasn’t me but someone was after him but not me.

They introduced Terrence LEPAGE, the Private Investigator recommended by Michelle GUERTIN.  This perp was tied to New Partners (CSIS) team – Might be character Luke BOUVIER, voice impersonator par excellence.

DAMAGE CONTROL MOMENT

On 15 February 2018 early evening, first caller to open the floor was Terrence LEPAGE, the P.I. on the job.

Next callers were the two clueless family kin. One after the other.  The message was basically the same >> “don’t worry Mark, we have your back, when we find out who is after you, that piece of shit is going down   . . . will get a shot in the head”

Then the fourth and last caller was the SON.  Totally left-field. Unrelated.  Lost in Space.

The SON was tweaked – He believed another narration >> He was genuinely outraged as he shouted something like  >> “Tell her that my father is a REAL Templar, a generational Templar!” – Mark repeated like a parrot.

• It was super puzzling . . . This is what happens when one is fed second hand intel . . . you can tell him anything you want to get him to react the way you want him to behave.  They wanted him to be outraged -But as to what he said it was an emotional outburst – not scripted.
