After SMITH’s second court appearance (9 June 2018), he didn’t want me to pursue anything – he got off with one year probation and $100 fine a far cry from 5 years in jail. Why did they reduce? I suspect my conversation with COURT administrator on 10 MAY 2018 was the reason. (Refer to 9-10 MAY 2018 post)
We were made to believe via Louis GUERTIN that if I pursued, it would hinder the release of his (fake) inheritance.
A few days after 9 JUNE, I forced SMITH to read the List of Recordings document dated 22 MAY 2018 and Executive Summary of Events dated 14 MAY 2018. I didn’t dare make him listen to recordings because I feared it might seed doubts thinking I was setting him up. The recordings show what happens after he would hang up with either GUERTIN (mother & son).
After he read everything, he was pissed off. Now he wanted to go after Michelle GUERTIN and the SON. They heard everything.
- Keep in mind, since 26 APRIL 2018, the SON and Michelle GUERTIN were distrusted permanently. That’s the day, they assaulted him in a shopping mall parking lot – For details re: 26 APRIL 2018, click HERE and I truly believe they pull this off after uncovering I was preparing material to show what they had done to us.
After 16 JUNE 2018, they knew Mark SMITH was on-board with me to press criminal charges against Michelle GUERTIN and her SON who at the time we didn’t know, wasn’t Mark biological child. The father-Son cover was set in 1979 to make the youth 13 believe he was the father – The means for the family to sell him to GUERTIN “go go with your new family – you are a father now”.
But they were always one step ahead because they overheard all our conversations, phone calls and online exchanges. As I mentioned in the previous post, RCMP insistently referred me to OPP – that was a problem because I couldn’t trust OPP.
I suspected COM interception as early as mid-summer 2017 >> online monitoring including telephone. However, the reality uncovered during investigation is >> they’d been monitoring online since 2015 and in-house conversations most likely since January 2016.
On 13 February 2018, I began to leverage the fact they monitored as means to get them to react – as means to change the course, my fate. Write to them in SKYPE and I was right.
There was no point getting upset about monitoring. Instead it became an opportunity to communicate and possibly influence their course of action.
I have no doubt about this >> Without the Internet, I would have likely been killed by mid-February 2018 either via crime of passion or by that crime setup they were planning.
- With my disappearance / death, they would have had Mark SMITH much much earlier –> isolate – grab – mobilize – euthanize. No one would question as the family was in on it and my grown children were clueless. They would have seen my murder as a crime of passion by Mark SMITH.
Without the Internet, it would have been very foolish to tell them I recorded / or even to taunt them.
With Internet, I uploaded recordings, wrote them messages and got external sources (two people) to download recordings OFF-SITE. Of course, they knew who these people were.
ABOUT INFLUENCING – THEY HEARD EVERYTHING . . . .
After 16 JUNE 2018, every day, several times, I gave lectures, monologuing that they were enslaving psychopaths who had reached inhumane level of cruelty, no remorse nor shame, leveraging suffering, provoking illness like fvcking demons at level of crimes against humanity – getting off on trauma they inflicted – no conscience . . . you get the picture.
THEY HEARD ME.
- In 2018, we thought they were after him for the (fake) inheritance which they had been dangling like a golden carrot since Fall 2012. The fake inheritance claim started with the FAMILY. Then by November 2016, Michelle GUERTIN took over. By mid-May 2018, Louis GUERTIN kept the story alive. By JULY 2018, after the fake suicide of SON, BOUVIER (CSIS) took over.

In reality, what they called inheritance was what was riding over his identity most likely locked under Lavergne Estate using a name that no longer existed legally “Trepanier”. No wonder they, GUERTIN & Family, never wanted him to find his birth certificate (Mark SMITH) – Mark Trepanier, after 2007, did not exist. The Trepanier last name was the name on the Baptismal Certificate. After 2001, it was no longer treated as a legal document as proof of identity. Uh-oh.
On 22 June 2018, a world-wide spiritual group would be meditating, focused intent on world-wide discernment and peace – Humanity is a traumatized species – done by design . . .
- Since 18-19 JUNE 2018, I was voicing out that my focused intent on 22 JUNE 2018 would be geared on exposing these psychopaths who tried everything they could to bring Mark SMITH down and repeatedly attempted to terminate me in the process.
ON 22 JUNE 2018, DID MY SOLSTICE WISH COME TRUE?
ONE HOUR after the world-wide meditation, two so-called INTERPOL Agents with an Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Officer, known in the community announced GUERTIN mother and SON had been arrested and deported to France.
They warned me to destroy the recording material claiming they didn’t need them for their investigation which to me was illogical. They also announced that I was NO LONGER MONITORED.
Apparently, LOUIS GUERTIN had reported them – reported his own family members. Praise for monsieur LOUIS for doing the right thing.

Without Internet, I probably would not have made it.

ADDENDUM
To close off, let’s return to early February 2018. Without the Internet, I most likely would not be here today.
I would have high likely been hacked to death and dismembered.
I was browsing through my Google Drive and my eyes fell on this picture. I winced when my eyes fell on the machete.
On 13 FEBRUARY 2018, if I had not uploaded some recordings (two I believe), I am pretty sure I would have been hacked to death by St-Valentine’s day (14th). I told them I didn’t have a choice because they were trying to kill me. I know you monitor. Please stop.
What was special about those recordings was that they used the names of childhood trusted people to gaslight SMITH by stating these people had heard I was a crime leader, had a network working for me waiting for my signal to pounce once his (fake) inheritance would come in. That I was going after the SON << trigger >> “You cvnt! You touch my kid I’ll kill you *$#%&$#.”.
To put weight, Michelle GUERTIN claimed having Intelligence reports that seem to confirm it was most probably true and more was to come, active investigation in progress . . . (that didn’t help).
If there had been guns in the house like they thought, I would have been shot on 10 at the latest on the 11th February 2018. Swifter, less personal and least effort. Quick.
Why did they most likely think we had firearms? Because MARK told Nicole PERIARD and other family members that we did to keep them away.
I would later find out Mark SMITH made me larger than life by boasting I was retired law enforcement, special unit, a sniper, fully trained in combat. “Don’t try anything Nicky, tell others to stay away because Lyn will not hesitate.” What also put credence was that my daughter was a Military Police and son-in-law was Special Forces. Both have done several tours abroad, have served our country and are now Veterans. I’m very proud of them..
Also before 2007, SMITH had illegal firearms as well as his late brother Michael. At one point in time, Michael had held a gun to PERIARD’s head. He had to be subdued. Nicole PERIARD is/was a chaos creator who started trouble then sat back to admire her wicked masterpieces, a cop caller and more. She often tried to take his children away – PERIARD the wicked witch in the gingerbread house, groomer of children – She has a file with Child Protective Services.
Now imagine this:
They, at monitoring station would be sitting back hearing stabbing, hacking, screams of horror perhaps the faint sound of blood splashing on the walls, killing dogs as they attack, etc –> and they would have been happy (successful operation). Perhaps placing bets among themselves as I’m been stabbed and butchered.
Could you do it? –> Monitoring and listening to cruelty, hearing the killing, the horror and despair of a human being being hacked to death? They could as that was the goal.
Let that sink in.
In my books, it makes them serial killers.
Uploading two recordings on 13 FEB 2018 changed the course. Three days later (16th), I discovered they were planning do a crime setup.I was utterly shocked when I overheard (16 FEB 2018).
When I counteracted crime setup, they twisted it against me when I uploaded a small recording mentioning I knew that via Michelle GUERTIN (forefront) they were planning a crime setup (frame up) – Twenty minutes after that upload, they went nuts trying every which way they could for next three days and nights to have me killed . . . back at crime of passion which seemed to be an obsession with New Partners (CSIS) >> “I want my crime of passion’.
Why three days, nights (24-27 FEB 2018)? –> Because on 27th, Mark SMITH had a major seizure. There and then I knew they wanted this guy dead or alive and we BOTH knew that calling 911 was a GUERTIN medical trap. Mark’s biggest fear was to wake up strapped to a bed under their control – and that seemed to be well before my time (2009). Remember they bought this guy in 1979, 1992 point of enslavement using psychiatry and having a file on the guy.
