(1) 1992 – Point of Enslavement – GUERTIN Power of Attorney

(2) 30 April 2018 – attempt to use the court to mandate a medical court order to institutionalize Mark Smith and avoid 9 May 2018 Court (police interview video and flash drive with raw recordings accumulated secretly throughout January – April 2018.

30 April-2 MAY 2018 – Setup > Court Order Hospitalization – Game Over | 2 May – > Do Something – I Did >> Drop the Court Order Or Else Recordings Come out – Paradigm Changed

(3) 3 March 2018 – Michelle GUERTIN threatening to use her Power of Attorney status to forcefully remove him from home and institutionalize Mark Smith

ON 3 March 2018, both GUERTIN pressured that he be declared mentally UNFIT to take care of himself –  That came about, a few days after they had played out >> Full Force Kill program (24-27 Feb 2018) – They most likely thought we would have called 911 for ambulance on 27th.  We didn’t because we knew then that they wanted both of us DEAD – it was real.
