He was lased on 22 JANUARY 2018.  First Seizure on 23 JANUARY 2018 (first of 11).  The start of accelerated health decline which they leveraged by gaslighting/upsetting/shocking him, in order to provoke seizures and sickness in the hope we would call 911 ambulance (GUERTIN trap).

Here’s the sick list, a chart/table with dates, type of sickness and who provoked.  The laser shot started health decline. Chest X-Ray taken 29 NOV 2018 clearly shows the laser shot marking – below left lung.

On 22 JANUARY 2018, Mark SMITH was laser shot through the front window.  Shortly after, the SON called.  Once he hung up, Mark was a different person with false memories.  A dangerous individual recently out of a long jail term who had been betrayed by the one he trusted (me).

As fate would have it, when the perp laser shot him, someone from their team fell hard – a loud noise vibrated throughout the house.  I ran to the central room and Mark was standing up with his hand were the shot had landed “I just got shot through the window with a laser, right here?!”.

It seemed to be a team of 4 – Two at the front window and two on the back porch.  The feral cats tripped one of the perps on the icy back porch.   They left by snowmobile.

The shot hit him in the lower part of his left lung.  If he had stayed seated, he would have been shot at the heart.  They were aiming for heart.  Because he got up at the same time, his dog Bella got hit on the head.  She passed away 6 weeks later – she had a shrunken head – she died on 16 March 2018 at 00:03.

On 29 November 2018, I saw his chest X-Ray and it looked like this >> lower part of his left lung  – the marking was clear, well defined.  The moment I saw it, I knew it was the laser shot of 22 January.

This laser shot was the start of health decline  – he had up to 10 seizures tthrough time and the more he had seizures the weaker he became.  The first seizure happened the next day (23rd).

After the shot, he was in a trance state.  The SON called – it was the quietest phone conversation I’d ever heard since mid-October 2017.  Once he hung up, he came to see me and he was a different persona with a set of false memories, events that had not happened.

He was an ex-con recently out of a long-term jail sentence. Apparently, we had been arguing about the fact he discovered I was the informant that sent him to jail.  While he was incarcerated, I partied with various men in his house.  To add insult to injury, I was having conversations and online writing with a bunch of people on how I hated that he was back home.  Wow.

The purpose was to instill shocking betrayal so that he would kill me and most likely commit suicide.  If he didn’t kill himself, he would have called GUERTIN or I will venture, since they were sitting back listening, the SON would have called, playing innocent and Mark falling to pieces “Oh SON, what have I done . . . ”  – Take it from there, the job is done.

The theme was  >> CRIME OF PASSION.

This is what they were aiming for from  7-18 January 2018 but it failed because I didn’t engage sexually after they had injected sexual obsession on 9 NOVEMBER 2017.  So the laser shot and call was an artificial means to achieve the state of  lover’s betrayal by cheating “false memories / altered personality”.

If he didn’t kill me but rendered me unconscious, he could have called an ambulance (which without his knowledge would be organized) – then you can finish me off in the ambulance and claim she died of her injuries or heart attack.  None the wiser.  Job done.

What JAIL TIME HAS THIS GUY DONE IN HIS LIFE? 

In 1983, 18-19 years old, weekends for a crime setup by GUERTIN where she came in afterwards as his SAVIOR (defending lawyer)  -And jail time in 2011 he went to jail for two missed weekends in 1983 (her case) – – – hum . . . 28 years ago <– another setup (2011).  The two so-called missed weekends were authorized in 1983 – in 2011, she forged her own case (1983) and issued an arrest warrant claiming he had skipped two weekends in 1983.  False warrant but he did jail time because of it – in 2011, she was nowhere to be found – illegally went to jail.

WHEN HE HUNG UP WITH THE SON, and I suspect that Dr. BOYD former psychiatrist who was part of the grab SMITH operation, could have taken the line and continued the call as means to hypnotize Mark  . . .

Meanwhile for past few days, I had been practicing how to record (video if I’m in front of the computer) without getting caught.  And on that day, when the SON called, I set my system up to press RECORD the moment after he would hang up.  I almost didn’t do it but I remember to this day, in mind it kept shouting >>  DO IT! DO IT!  and I did press record the moment he hung up.

Early in the video, he says “you find it funny?!?   – I didn’t find it funny but just before he says that, I had a AHA! moment and that’s why without realizing it, I chuckled >>  The laser shot and call did this! holy shit.

Early Afternoon – 23 January 2018, I broke the hypnotic state . . .

Next morning,  I had coffee with him – I could see/sense the storm brewing.  By early afternoon, he resumed the same speech as the day before.   This time, I started to tell him that his thoughts were not his thoughts. And as he would have a split second moment of confusion, I would tell him he was confused but knew I was right . . . and then would tell him that those thoughts were involuntarily triggering emotions and feelings that were based on false thoughts which fed false memories.  Even told him, he was angry because I was telling him this and that was normal .  . think think . . . be self-aware, now how do you feel?

Then BAM!  he seized up and had the first seizure.

I broke the hypnotic state and when I did, with eyes wide open, he became rigid like timber and fell forward, directly toward me.  There was no pliability of joints.  I navigated him in a narrow hallway to lay on the ground.  He vibrated like a machine, no pliability, constant, inorganic.  It lasted 15-20 seconds.  The moment he was on the ground, I called 911.  What I found disturbing is that he looked like an android who had just tilted and rebooted.  Unnatural.  The other 9 seizures were organic but not this one.

After the vibrations stopped, he sat against the wall.  Physically fine but lost as if he had awoken from a dream.  He spoke to the 911 operator who wanted to send an ambulance.  But he was fine. (911 call in archives)

SINCE THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY USE THIS TECHNOLOGY ON SOMEONE, THEY ARE EXPERIENCED – HAVE DONE THIS BEFORE – I WILL VENTURE VERY FEW PEOPLE HAVE SUCCESSFULLY BROKEN A HYPNOTIC STATE.

THAT WAS UNEXPECTED AND IT  PUT THEM IN DISORGANIZED MODE.

24 JANUARY 2018

24 JAN 2018 – I collected a bio-sample from SMITH.  What was it? semen.

I collected not because I’m eccentric or weird but because of the laser shot two days earlier and the first seizure the day after (23rd). If the laser shot had a payload (virus or pathogen, disease) it would show in body fluid.

This is an interesting situation (Collection of semen) because . . .

Between 26=30 JAN 2018, Michelle GUERTIN freaked SMITH by telling him I had collected his semen to bring it to a hybridization centre for aliens. Yes you read right (haha)

He believed her – She brought it up a few times during the Worthlessness Program (26-30 Jan 2018) . Keep in mind, he trusted her until 3 MARCH 2018.

My thought at the time –> Are they insane? Well yes but to use that story? So it’s funny, right? Right.

Except here’s the thing . . . the bio sample I collected was his semen.

So it begs the question, how did they know? Coincidence? Come on now . . .

They would have had to have cameras in the upstairs washroom.

On another note, she was enraged (26-30 JAN 2018) after the laser shot because I broke the spell day after.

I bet New Partners (CSIS) was also surprised –> “Mr. and Mrs. GUERTIN we usually have a very high rate of success (perhaps 100%?) – we don’t know why Champagne was able to break it.”

They most likely didn’t call for a few days because it sent them in disorganized mode.

They didn’t make contact until 26th – On 23rd, I broke the alternate persona (killer ex-con out of a long jail sentence, I was the informant <<< false memories) – the moment the spell broke, he seized, felt to the ground – most unusual seizure – rigid and vibrated like a machine. Then snaps out of it and was lost but clear minded from the shit they had psychologically implanted – like waking up. There’s a 911 call in archive (should be there unless the perps remove it). Next seizure was on 3 FEB just after midnight.

Now about having sex with him. Keep in mind that since Fall 2017, especially after 9 NOV 2017 staged dream with scrawny neck Thor which imbued  powerful infatuation for me and obsession (like a love spell) –> On 23rd, that also broke.

So now it was of no-value for them to push sex – Their “boy” was like a virgin in mind and emotional state. I knew they could hear and most likely see in-house. So I engaged in a hallway (no camera would be there). The fact that I engaged NOT on their terms most likely angered. It was of no value anymore – there you go.

But they knew, they heard and somehow they knew I had kept his semen as a bio-sample. Forensic material, because of the laser shot and seizure which was the first of a total of 11.

THE LASER SHOT STARTED SICKNESS.

Now picture this . . . .
SMITH: “Yeah, Mitch said you collected my semen to bring to a hybrid station, WTF babe, is it true?! Fvck!”

ME: “Come on Mark, as if, she’s just jealous .. . and how come she know we had sex?”

SMITH: “I dunno”.

Now imagine this conversation . . .

ME: “I did collect your semen in case you fall sick because of the laser shot and seizure you had yesterday”

SMITH: “WHAT!! Give me that! Mitch was right about you! Give me that right away!”

And that’s how I would lose a bio-sample which could be KEY in forensic analysis with the 6” strands of hair collected few hours before he died.

ON 22 JANUARY 2018, I thought they had zapped him into the killer personality JUST TO KILL ME) – I thought that was the whole agenda. Killing me because of who I was. I had no idea that he was the primary target, that reveal was made on 27 FEBRUARY 2018 as he was having his 5th seizure.

THE GUERTIN DIDN’T CALL UNTIL 26 JANUARY 2018 – AND WHEN MICHELLE GUERTIN CALLED, SHE LASHED DIRECTLY AT ME. 

SHE WAS EXTREMELY ANGRY.  I CALL THAT PERIOD THE WORTHLESSNESS PROGRAM WHICH RAN FROM 26-30 JANUARY 2018.

 I NOTED HER TRIGGERS AND PATTERN of BEHAVIOR. 

I BAPTISED HER EXORCIST-GIRL  –  SHE SHOWED MENTAL ILLNESS.

ABOUT SEIZURES

This was the first seizures of many more to come – The Laser shot that was suppose that missed the heart but got the lower part of the left lung started sickness and they would leverage it but provoke / pushing that he gets sick.   On 27 February 2018, we both knew that hospitals were GUERTIN traps.  That was high likely the rationale for pushing he gets sick.  On 3 March 2018, Michelle GUERTIN, now frustrated and impatient, literally shouted she was going to use the Courts to forcefully have him hospitalized (psychiatric – Dr. BOYD – the psychiatric key is the legal enslaved they set up in 1992)

10. L: Maybe that’s a contract you did on the other side.
11. M: Maybe it’s a contract I made on the other side – I don’t care – I can spent every day in jail – I will murder a bastard every day – I’ll take a life.

He says he beat up 7 people at Innes Road – he didn’t beat up anyone – He was cooperative with the guards – actually nice guy

12. M: I think the court knew – even when they had me locked up at Innes Road for the 14 days – for the 14 days I beat up 7 people just for being fucking goofs – I don’t care about people  – worst than you

13. M: I don’t care about gender – you fought for equal rights – if you open you mouth like a big mouth
14. L: I realize “do you go beat up a child because you’re stronger than him?”

17. M: I slapped Nancy when I told her to get out of my house and I still lost my house – I didn’t matter anyhow.
18. L: Those relationships were using these words – so you’re reliving it over again – For me It’s the first time (someone like him being verbally angry) – I was never violently spoken to in this manner in any other relationship . . . . .

Since 7 January they’ve been calling everyday except 18-19 January  – – – they created this – reeling over phone – THEY HAVE KIN FAMILY STATUS – I’m an outsider.  They created this emotional state of mind.

20. but between me and you it’s ridiculous and I know it’s been ridiculous for a long long time – this is not healthy this is bullshit – this is unhealthy, unstable, unreliable, undependable – all stacked up, it’s crap.
