This was done to understand EVIL – part of quest to examine why they seemed like programmed automatons and reveled in joy as suffering happened – this was done in part to understand the psyche of those who willingly unashamedly commit crimes against humanity – no remorse – that you sing or talk of truth and reconciliation or forgiveness fell on deaf ears – in fact, would twist to amp more cruelty as if being Loving was a weakness to be bashed in with pleasure.
The kid –> “The SON” Anton GUERTIN, was able at 13 years of age to play to break up violently the relationship between Mark and his fiancee. The poor woman was portrayed as evil and trouble as she came to hate the kid.
“tell her (Michelle) . . . . your fucking son? she should have called him Damien”
The kid was able to play the role of his son although he already knew it wasn’t his father. Play the role willingly days in and days out. Keep in mind, in his early years, he believed Mark SMITH was his father. Based on when he stood visiting (by age 10-11) I would venture that when he was told SMITH wasn’t his bio-father.
- Just want to add, you can’t have a 10 year old visiting for a week and be able to fake it. So they stopped making the kid spend a week with SMITH during summer vacation. Can’t take a chance.
