28 JULY 2022 >> “5-Stage Conflict to Sickness Cycle” – 7 Nov 2019

In early November 2019, I started to closely examine the pattern I had detected by April 2018 (after the LURE PROGRAM – 2 April 2018) >> Their was a method “psy tactic” they followed to create chaos as a means to have him bash me in (first option) or second option to get him sufficiently sick so that we would call 911 “the hospital trap” <– their lair crime and killing grounds.  The GUERTIN’s signature was medical and legal.

There was a pattern in their technique, I found it  “UNNATURAL too programmed” <– they were “ORGANIZED” and as if directed/coached. <– today we know they were coached by the New Partner(s) who used CSIS <-– they were the real directors (e.g. e-monitoring all communications including in-house discussions . . . they heard the conflict and were able to gauge to increase it especially when it became close to violent in the house – they would call and amp’d the disinformation hoping tonight would the night the job is done.

So I wrote an Examination paper  (PDF file found below) to understand the apparent programming.  I noticed there were five stages to the conflict lifecycle . . . .

1 – DISH OUT HORRIFIC DISINFORMATION   – Three parties are responsible: 1/ GUERTIN  (October 2017-April 2018) – 2/ The Family (May-August 2018) and 3/ BOUVIER (CSIS) (August-November 2018)

2- TO CREATE CONFLICT AND CHAOS >> getting him enraged so that he assault me – preferably kill “they thought he carried firearms at home like the past”

3-I WOULD THEN TALK HIM DOWN – CONVINCE HIM IT’S NOT TRUE – with in-between calls from the GUERTIN to undo when they would overhear he was desisting >> call to amp’d it up and use what I was saying against me to dissuade him.

4-MARK WOULD GET CONFUSED/FRAGMENTED – SEIZURE/SICKNESS ENSUED

So he didn’t bash me instead he fell to the ground – they sat back and listened – they most likely were expecting us to call 911  – we didn’t because we knew the medical territory was their lair.  This was APPARENT as of 27 FEBRUARY 2018 during the Full Force Kill Program that had been running since 24 February 2018 – three relentless days and nights of conflict caused by the SON and Michelle GUERTIN – on the 27th, I knew they wanted to eliminate “kill me” and they wanted him dead or alive – actually alive.

5-RECUPERATION AFTER SICKNESS – (1 1/2 days average without calling) – the more it happened the harder it became to recuperate – they caused his health decline – like a boxer in a ring after getting punched too much, by round 7, the boxer has difficulty standing up.

When the vibrations “seizures” started on 23 January 2018 at that moment as he vibrated on the ground, I didn’t immediately think of the laser shot from the evening before (22nd) as the cause “the trigger”. 

I thought he was having a seizure because he had resisted bashing me for the past three weeks and had minimal sleep in constant conflict days in, days out.  

Since 6 January 2018, Michelle GUERTIN and her SON  “the SON” had been calling everyday creating horrific chaos by dishing out misinformation on me so shocking that Mark believed them.  

To put credibility, Michelle GUERTIN frequently announced she had Intelligence Report from Intelligence Law Agencies (CSIS, RCMP).  I was apparently a person of interest, suspicious character with a dark history.  She mostly alluded to CSIS as she had boasted being an Acting Director at CSIS during summer 2017.

In addition, Mark believed the SON was a DOCTOR.  And that she, Michelle GUERTIN was a retired JUDGE, previously a successful LAWYER.  <– Would you doubt people with such credentials?

He trusted them over everyone else “his son and the mother of his son”  

He considered the GUERTIN as his life saviors “his SON and the mother of his SON” especially after 1992 when they rescued him from a homicidal fiancée – when in fact they created the problem as a means to mentally break him down – they came in as saviors – They gave him a sense of sense of security and relief  – And to secure his “imaginary” protection, he appointed Michelle Guertin with Power of Attorney over all his life affairs including and beyond medical.  And they appointment Nicole PERIARD (Mark’s sister) as his legal caretaker.

He thought the SON was his biological child – In 1979, that was the hook that made him agree to join his new family (GUERTIN) – Mark was 13 years old.  Old man Lavergne (future Estate) and the GUERTIN were the primary circle of instigation – They got Mark’s mother and step-father to go with it and they got paid.

After all, his mother was selling him when he was one day old (10-15K in 1965) but she talked too much and it was stopped behind her and the doctor back.  He registered the infant boy (Mark) as his son. 

But in 1979, they made Mark (13) believe he had impregnated Michelle GUERTIN (25) – She was already pregnant.  So the agreement in the GUERTIN clan also involved the real father of the SON in the father-son deceit ploy. Right into death on 16 December 2018, Mark believed he was the father of the infant boy.

In December 1979 shortly after the SON was born (7th I believe), Mark saw the transaction (wad of money in an envelope with a Christmas card) – Soon after this photo was taken by Mr. GUERTIN “father of Michelle”  – In the photo, notice how everyone is joyful – They would be, they’ve just closed off the deal – Mother and Step-father are getting rid of him.  They’d abandoned him in fall 1978 a few months after his great grand-father “his protector” died. And since Fall 1978, he was on the street, he was getting in trouble – they wanted him out of their house.

In the photo, Mark was depressed “go with your new family – naughty boy – be a man, you’re a father now” He felt his life had ended . . . we’ve talked about this photo.  This photo was lost in a box of family picture at his mother – One day, as I rummaged through the photos, this one fell on my lap . . . it wanted to be found (2013).

He had 11 seizures which transformed into convulsions (on the floor), retching, gagging, vomiting, defecating on self. 

We documented each time he was sick we include what kind of sickness, who provoked and date.

At the end of April 2018, new symptoms of vomiting foam and acute abdominal pains began <– this happened after spending one week at his sister/mother’s household – Nicole PERIARD (sister) is renown for tainting food and beverages – We strongly suspect she poisoned him.

3 MAY 2018 – Seizure – just learned that the FAMILY was with the GUERTIN all along.

26 JULY 2018 – Seizure – cause by family members – as he convulsed on the floor, they mocked and pushed him “kicking him”
