5 April 2019 – Last Known Stalking from Local People | What I was working on at the time | Continued monitoring after Mark SMITH was killed

After posting this message, local people (Rockland, Ontario) stopped stalking. 

Those stalkings were demeaning in nature  as they would openly show hostility and rejection with facial grimace of disdain, almost pointing fingers as they whispered amongst themselves with wives, their children and other people.

I had been smeared or rather character assassinated in my community.

What happened on 5 April 2019 that stopped local stalkings?

Since I was still electronically monitored anything online was intercepted.  My mode of communication with the monitoring folks was Google Drive** by using the Descriptive area of files and folders and write messages addressed to them.

**No website yet. The website was started 6 January 2020 and went”live” on 13 July 2020.

LOCAL PEOPLE WERE SIDING WITH THE GUERTIN AND FAMILY PERHAPS UNKNOWING OF THE TRUTH, THE CASE . . . SO TO LEARN THEY WERE SIDING WITH PEDOPHILES AND LIFE ENSLAVERS COULD BE A GAME CHANGER.

DON’T EVER LET HER (ME) IN CONTACT WITH LOCAL PEOPLE (BROTHERHOOD)?

THEY WERE LIKELY STALKING BASED ON A FALSE NARRATIVE –  INVERSION OF TRUTH  – IT WOULD BE IMPORTANT THAT IT REMAINED THAT WAY IN ORDER TO CONTINUE TO PROTECT THE GUERTIN AND THE FAMILY.

JUST A THEORY.

Here’s what triggered me to do this on 5 April 2019:

FEBRUARY 2019 (disrespectful) STALKINGS: 5, 15, 22 FEBRUARY 2019

5 APRIL 2019 –> Encounter at the Subway in Rockland, Ontario

As I stood in line to place my order, I witnessed a Brother with his son (12-13 years old) openly BAD MOUTHING me.  Son and father were leaning/ huddling together whispering then directly looking at me with disdain – how hurtful it was to see such young eyes gulping the lies dished out by his father.

At that moment, I knew “felt” the Brother didn’t know the truth.

MY BUBBLE OF TOLERANCE BURST AT THAT MOMENT – I ALMOST WALKED TO THEIR TABLE THEN REFRAINED so that HIS FATHER WOULD NOT LOSE FACE . . . Much compassion to the youth.

When I got home, I WROTE THEM A MESSAGE THAT READ:

Bonjour,  just a forewarning – from this point forward when I meet a “Bald BRO” from the ‘Hood, with his wife and children, I will MEET and GREET smilingly inform WIFE and children:

“DID YOU KNOW YOUR DAD PROTECTS PEDOS AND CHILD ABUSERS (enslavers)?

A PEDO SEXUALLY abuses children touching one’s private parts

DID YOUR FATHER TELL YOU?”

Here are files I was working on past few days – investigative notes for myself – starting people association – points in time, etc.  It was early in investigation which started 2 February 2019.

• 6 April – 2016-18-MODULE-[Ground.Zero-How-They-Got-In]-[PPL-Assoc]
• 2 April – 2018-OVERVIEW-[Points-in-time]-GUERTIN-FAMILY-PARTNERSHIP
• 3 April – 2018-POCKETS-in-TIME-of-GUERTIN-FAMILY-PARTNERSHIP

**Did you notice the LAST date stamp file is dated 3 May 2019  >>  a year earlier 3 MAY 2018 we discovered the Family and GUERTIN were in conspiracy – sent Mark on a suicide trip. I did it that day for symbolism – e-monitoring team fully aware.

BACK to 5 APRIL 2019 . . .

After uploading the “Meet & Greet” message to GDrive, local people stopped stalking and pointing fingers.

STOPPED PERMANENTLY . . . .

DO YOU THINK THEY (E-MONITORING) GAVE THE MESSAGE TO PEOPLE?  

GOD FORBID THEY, the LOCAL PEOPLE, WOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD THE TRUTH ABOUT THIS CASE – IMPORTANT TO KEEP THE CHARACTER DEFAMATION CLAIMS ALIVE.

Flyovers continued usually 5-10 minutes after uploading case related material to Google drive.

By 2020, I started to document each flyover including what I was working on before and during flyovers, date, time, location and timing – I even started to give descriptive names to aerials based on their characteristics (e.g. color, sound, behavior) and what caused a specific aerial to fly by based on what I was working on – establish patterns of behavior “profiling”.
