On 3 MARCH 2018 past midnight, Michelle GUERTIN threatened or rather decreed that she was having him forcefully removed using Court and institutionalized (psychiatric) – She also threatened I would be criminally charged for psychologically abusing him. 

She claimed to still have Power of Attorney he had signed over to her in 1992, click here for details – psychological re-arrangement, psychiatrist on stand-by.

3 MARCH 2018 – Michelle GUERTIN Threats To Use LEGAL For Forceful Hospitalized (Psychiatric) – Basically Told Us What Was the Plan All Along

Since 2016, with all those promises and expectations from New Partners (CSIS) that my elimination would be quick.  I think the  month of February 2018 was her breaking point, especially 27 FEB 2018 – We didn’t call 911 – 5th seizure. That’s when I realized they wanted this guy – he would say next day “It’s her, she’s doing this, she’s getting me sick”.

He was afraid to be strapped to a bed  in Toronto at her mercy.

About her verbal explosive threats –> I believe she went behind the Director’s back.   From that day forward she could never come in as “Savior”.  She lost the trust key she held since 1979 and most definitely sealed (psychologically) since 1992.

DAY AFTER . . .

4 MARCH 2018  – AUDIO CLIPS 

So Michelle GUERTIN had burnt her bridge.  The relationship with the SON had to remain intact.

He feared her.  She was in control of his life.
We felt like sitting ducks.  In my case, I had to get ready / prepared to face false abuse charges.

DAMAGE CONTROL – REORGANIZED

In retrospect, I would venture it wasn’t as easy as she thought – The 5th of March came and went – no knocks at the door to remove him.

• Perhaps her POA of 1990s was moot? I don’t know but SMITH had his life together, paid his taxes, had good credit, no drugs, alcohol not even psychiatric pharmaceutical.

Here we were 6 MARCH.

By 6 MARCH 2018, we were expecting the knock at the door at any moment.

BUT GUESS WHO SAVED US? It was monsieur LOUIS GUERTIN, the “good guy”.

LOUIS GUERTIN claimed to have stopped her.  He dramatically dished out how much effort it took to stop the medical and Court procedures she had started. 

PRAISE for monsieur LOUIS . . . our savior.
I would come to call him Keystone-Louis / Linchpin-Louis.
Mark went to his grave admiring this guy.

AFTER LOUIS’ announcement, she called – Her and SMITH argued – At the start of this audio he’s on the phone with Michelle GUERTIN   “. . . our son, etc. . . .  . ” >> 20180306-0.36-Fem-calls-Mark-after-Louis-lifts-court-order-removal-in-progress.mp3

AND THE SON RESUMED DISHING OUT HORRIFIC DISINFORMATION ABOUT ME.  BACK AT IT. 

THAT MUST HAVE BEEN ORDERS FROM THE DIRECTOR.  

IF IT WAS NOT PERSONAL BEFORE, NOW IT WAS.  I REMEMBER VOICING OUT (3 MARCH 2018)  –> “have you thought of hiring a contract assassin yet to kill me?”

Call around 11pm –> In this audio, MARK  just hung up with the SON.  He was outraged by whatever the SON told him – The SON threatened to send the TEMPLARS to deal with me.  Then MARK walked away – not confrontational, more of a flash in the pan “flare ups”.  ENRAGED >> 20180306-1-22h50-0.31-After-Call-Threat-2-Set-KT-AGAINST-ME.mp3 – Another sleepless night.

I have other audios where he, again lashes out after hanging up with the SON.  But the difference now is that he would come see me, lash out then leave.  The recordings are mostly me talking from another room – psychology talk – Eckhart Tolle like.

By 7 MARCH 2018, I suspect they realized they would be unable to get him to attack me.  And in this operation, they had wasted enough time and effort trying to eliminate me to isolate him using the CRIME of PASSION approach.

• New Partners (CSIS) were obsessed in doing a crime of passion – fixated and it caused the delays.  Hag Michelle GUERTIN blew her cover. Then the suicide programs were a big failures – waste of time – we are talking since 2016 and here we were in March 2018.

So they started a new program – a new tactic – they would try to LURE him to come to them using the BE NICE approach – offer him something.

THE LURE PROGRAM 

Although I write that the LURE PROGRAM started on 8 MARCH 2018, it really started on the 7th.

On 7 MARCH 2018, when Mark was first approached to join the Brotherhood “Knights Templar”,  he refused unless I also joined.  Different people claiming to be from the Brotherhood called that day – Giving themselves big titles, pressuring that he joins his SON . . . What kind of father are you to refuse >> using parental guilt.

The lure was to make him believe he was going to be inducted in the Brotherhood on same day that his SON rose in the organization.  A cherished father and son moment – how touching.

A few days before mid-APRIL 2018, he would join them and they would all leave together for the grand annual ceremony in Las Vegas, then everyone would live happily ever after.

ONE PROBLEM:  He didn’t want to join UNLESS I came with him.  

It upset the SON so much that he almost jeopardized the father-son relationship again.

TWO DAYS LATER . . .

On 9 MARCH 2018, they would come up with a  plan on how to remove me – same tactic used on 12 October 2017  ->  The SSP Lure.

THE SON WAS ALL EXCITED TO TELL ME SSP WANTED ME IMMEDIATELY – AS IF IT WAS A HONOR.

(why did they try Secret Space Program twice?  (1) 12 Oct 2017 and again (2) 9 March 2018?  I believe it’s because they didn’t know that I knew it was a SSP lure on 12 OCT 2017, I didn’t tell anyone so they tried it again.)

“. . . you’ll be part of the breakaway civilization . . . ” >> that was a mistake.  Fake SSP.

THEN . . . 

The SON asked >> “Is she happy Dad!”

Mark>> “Are you happy Babe?”

Lyn >> “Sure”

It was the best day ever with  joy in the air . . . the SON laughing being super nice with me for the first time  Koom-ba-wa!!   The SON calling frequently and I will always remember when he said:  “many people at the House of Commons are looking forward to seeing you . . . ” >>  That was an out of place comment perhaps he shouldn’t have said that.  It got my attention and not in a good way.

• I worked 16 years at the House of Commons (1984-2000) – Once I knew it was a SSP lure to make me disappear, it was even more alarming as to why he would mention the House of Commons ((HOC), Parliament of Canada.  After November  2000, I moved on to work in three inter-related critical agencies (Top Secret SA clearance).

9 March 2018 was a joyful day, finally there was a strong glimmer of hope the job would finally be over,  right Anton?

I rode the wave of joy of the day . . .  it was a welcoming break after living days into weeks into months of chaos.

I waited next day (10th) to announce I wasn’t joining anything.  The SON was pissed off, as if his cat had died.  Not happy at all.   To make matters worst, Mark SMITH then announced he was not joining them to be inducted as a Knight while his SON rose in degrees.

DISORGANIZED AGAIN.  The LURE PROGRAM WAS FAILING.  MICHELLE GUERTIN WAS BARRED FROM CALLING.

That’s where we stood but they were relentless they didn’t stop / couldn’t stop.

If the SSP lure had worked, I have to wonder what they would have done with me – they were replaying PLAN A: My Removal, first attempted on 12 OCT 2017.  Where would I disappear to?   At the time, I got the feeling it was human trafficking not necessarily of sexual nature but for psychic “psionic” abuse or psychological experimentation perhaps physical experimental (medical crimes).

How coincidental that on 9 MARCH 2024 (same day I wrote this post), I should discover this interview with Dr. Steven Greer.

Sent 12 October 2017 PLAN A, he was clearly upset after reading it – Next one I should have sent him was incident of 4 MAY 2018, after mid-September 2018 he bragged impersonating the Bell IT Supervisor – After reading it, he was clearly upset and told me to not send him anymore of these types of narration – I think 12 OCT 2017 PLAN A hit too close to home, right BOUVIER?  He scolded me for sending it.
