The Reliable Source Program (10-12 FEB) worked on the principle of using names of childhood trusted family kins associated to Marcel TREPANIER (not his real father) supported by claims of CSIS Intel reports that I was endangering to the SON, Michelle GUERTIN and SMITH.

Once he would leave to join them, like he should have on 10 FEBRUARY 2018 –> My people . . . yes-s I was the mastermind of a group, although on surface it was a spiritual community aimed at helping humanity it was really organized crime.

Alarmingly with urgency the SON and Michelle GUERTIN claimed once he would leave, I was going to trap them all. Take the (fake) inheritance, have HIM institutionalized and them jailed.

On 10 February 2018, the GUERTIN duo turned around and let go of their prize (Mark SMITH) in order to comply with the wishes of the Strategist New Partners (CSIS).

The Strategist was BENT / OBSESSED on having his pudding covered as a Crime of Passion.  No matter if Mark SMITH killed himself or not, it was a win.  Open/shut case.

10 FEB 2018 was a proverbial fork in the road >>  If he had left, this case file on the internet wouldn’t exist.  The few recordings I had would just be bad memories and deleted. Later, if I would have learned he had died in the hospital, it would not have suspected foul-play.

12 FEBRUARY 2018, I knew if I didn’t do something, I was going to die.

One  knows when death is near especially when one is about to be slaughtered.  Now a gun shot to the head execution style is more merciful than being cut to pieces – however with the hatred and horrific emotion of betrayal he carried, I would have been shot multiple times out of rage.  So imagine the stabbing and the use of the machete in a very violent way, imagine the cries.

Blood splashing everywhere.

Now imagine, at the monitoring station, they are sitting back, listening and reveling that finally the job is done.

Let that sink in.

Experienced. Abuse of power. Organized crime.

13 FEBRUARY 2018 – morning hours – what did I upload?

Although I  recorded several audios on 10-12 FEB 2018, I didn’t send all of them.   So, I sent one audio and one video (2 FEB 2018).  I didn’t include the 22 JAN 2018 >> laser shot + hypno-call = ex-con personality caught on video.

I  didn’t want to provoke them.

If I had uploaded the 22 JAN 2018, then they would know I had been recording for past 3 weeks . . . we were 13 FEB 2018.  Let them think it started 2 FEB 2018 and only once or twice audio recorded them.  It wasn’t meant to be an act of provocation but to make my point clear.  A few hours later, I removed them from Skype – good will – don’t push them.

13 FEBRUARY – afternoon – SKYPE

In late February, perhaps start of March 2018, audios for 10-12 FEB 2018 were overwritten.  I had not yet established a protocol on what to do after I recorded.  In 2018, the smartphone had limited space – Protocol -> Transfer files to PC, establish file naming protocol, a copy to Google Drive (late FEB) then delete on smartphone  –> Be ready for next time – Don’t get caught.  Inexperienced, in secret and disorganized is how I lost batch 10-12 FEB 2018.

What was special about these recordings is that he was parroting naming Mackie Potvin and Sasquatch as sources of Intel  “Uncle Mackie said this . . . Sasquatch said that . . . how he would deal with you if he was me . . .  ”  then vulgarities which honestly was out of character from both sources . . .  it ranged between sex, slavery, dismemberment, garbage disposal.  The vile nature of threats most likely a reflection of the coach, from the mind of the Strategist who was using GUERTIN as mouth piece who was using SMITH.

13 FEBRUARY 2018 – LATE AFTERNOON – TERRENCE LEPAGE

Michelle GUERTIN announced (something like) >> “We don’t know / not sure if Lyn Champagne is the threat . . . but someone is after you Mark!  I recommend that you get a private investigator.  I know one who is very ethical, I can’t work with him, too ethical for me” << and folks, I remember the snickering side glance he did when she alluded that TERRENCE LEPAGE was too straight for her – it always stayed in my mind.

So in early evening Mark was in contact with character known as TERRENCE LEPAGE.

About this guy >> he had a slight British accent and kept calls short.  I wouldn’t be surprised this individual was played by the guy who assumed character LUKE BOUVIER.  After mid-September 2018, BOUVIER (CSIS) bragged being good at doing voice impersonations.

14 FEBRUARY 2018 

The SON called and Mark started to act up.  Soon after, I wrote to them in SKYPE.   Here’s the screenshot and he letter A. is for Anton “the SON”.  At the time, I thought he was at the monitoring station (or remote terminal getting my online feeds)  so I’m addressing him directly “after you A. called . . . now I must record”.

Although I don’t remember I believe after that first message at 11:13pm, the SON called back to de-escalate. Ten minutes later, it was stopped and I sent them wellness.

. . . So out of good will, the next thing I sent them on SKYPE is a higher consciousness video from Eckhart Tolle . . . go ahead and laugh.

15 FEBRUARY – DAMAGE CONTROL

MARK MUST NEVER ASK FAMILY KIN ABOUT ME “what they had discovered about me”  BECAUSE IT WASN’T TRUE – THEIR NAMES HAD BEEN USED IN VAIN “CLUELESS” AND HAD TO REMAIN SO.

Under guise of doing his private investigator job, in early evening, Terrence LEPAGE called opening the grand illusion that someone was after him and including Mackie Potvin and Sasquatch as if they knew and were out there to protect Mark – It changed to “if we ever find out who it is we will fvcking deal with them . . . will get a shot in the head”.

The last call floored me . . . where did that come from.

In this case, a week early or so, I had written in SKYPE a poem entitled Tragedy of the Lost Templar.

It went something like this (you’ll get the tone):

Tragedy of the Lost Templar

How we cry when one of our brothers is lost.
Even the leaves on the trees tremble with sorrow
Come come my son, come back home
Reviens, reviens au bercaille . . .etc.

I started to notice each time I talked positively of Knights Templar, the SON would soon call threatening that he would send the Templars after me.  This was a recurring theme.  One has to wonder (I still do today) >> wonder why it was important (it seemed) that I fear or hate the Templar – they went out of their way.  Why?

 I THOUGHT >> FINALLY IT’S OVER, WE ARE NOW IN AGREEMENT & THEY WILL MANAGE HIM UNTIL HE MOVES OUT ON 28 FEBRUARY 2018.

SHOULD BE SMOOTH SAILING UNTIL HE LEAVES.

Was I ever wrong . . .

16 FEBRUARY 2018 – CRIME SETUP PROGRAM

So for past few days, when MCHELLE GUERTIN would call, these were quiet conversations.  No conflicts.

YEP, IT WAS OVER UNTIL . . .

. . . until I got up to get a pencil – As I crossed the hallway, I overheard him (something like) >> “pfft! yeah yeah Mitch, I know, I know . . . yeah yeah I have the bag”  he was impatient with her.  We could hear that she had been asking for the “bag” for a few days.

So the CRIME SETUP started most likely after they saw the two recordings uploaded to SKYPE (13 FEB 2018).

I have to tell you that was a real shock to my system.  I  backed away stunned.  The first thing that came to mind was WWII NAZI coming in one’s home and forcefully removing people with accusations of anything . . . gee . . . just listening to jazz (Billie Holiday) could get you killed.

They carried/carry the NAZI / SATANIC energetic signature.  I was flabbergasted.

That’s where I flashed back.  I was utterly stunned that they would go to that extent to remove me.

Ok ok  . . . . regroup . . . now you know “get yourself together”  and I did.

First thing first, he said he had the bag . . . do you believe him?  I don’t know.  Look for the bag.

It came from Thailand (online clothes order) – the bag was under my car seat because when I picked up the package at the Post Office, I excitedly opened it in the car and shoved the bag under my car seat.

So I HAD THE BAG.

What’s next?  I had to think.

17 FEBRUARY 2018

THE SON provoked a mild heart attack (pretty sure he did).

18 FEBRUARY 2018

The SON WAS BACK AT IT . . .  And I knew they were planning to frame with a crime.  No wonder THEY WERE NO LONGER AFRAID OF THE RECORDINGS.

So I decided to let them know that I knew they wanted to set me up and I send them a pic of the BAG with a message that I knew.

They didn’t care that I knew. 

The SON continued his nightly calls which to me meant they would organized another way to frame me with a crime setup “bag or no bag”.

Holy shit . . . now what. 

They went quiet and that was scary.  Past experience showed that when they went quiet, they were organizing.  

By 22 February 2018, I was very worried expecting a knock at the door with a fraudulent arrest warrant for me.

That’s where I stood that day when I woke up.  Very apprehensive that it was coming.

So I uploaded the 1979 photo  – ta-da-aaaa.  That should get a reaction.

They remained quiet. Except the son who would call and ask if his mother had called.  So I was in danger, they were sharpening the saw >> one crime setup coming up ba-bee. Oh yeah.

On fateful 24 FEBRUARY 2018, all hell would break lose when I would upload a small Q&A I had secretly recorded (23 FEB 2018)  with Mark SMITH asking him what she wanted with the shipping bag from THAILAND.

THAT CHANGED THE PARADIGM from CRIME SETUP PROGRAM TO FULL FORCE KILL PROGRAM.

IT GOT SO BAD THAT . . .

I was hoping that by uploading these videos and audios, they would stop like they had done on 13 FEB 2018.  I was wrong – so that meant for me that they were very confident I would be terminated.  So uploaded the recs to Google Drive and gave access to external sources asking them to make copies offsite.

After uploading that small Q&A recording around 6:30pm in SKYPE, BEFORE all hell broke loose (20 min. later), I went outside and took a snapshot in the night.

LOUD AND CLEAR, very POWERFUL, I heard:

Be BRAVE.
Be STRONG.
STAY THE COURSE.

I felt empowered.  Supported  A few years later, I would learn the terms BA and KA mean  >> BA = your Soul, Spirit, the real you, the Being hosted in human container; and, KA is Universal Lifeforce also known as VRIL, CHI, PRANA . . . BA and KA originate from Sumer and Ancient Egypt.

.BA.KA. may well mean >> MAY LIFEFORCE BE STRONG IN YOU.

The message resonated  and gave strength – – > I was not going to be set with a crime I didn’t commit –I would indeed stay the course.

(in retrospect, “Be Brave. Be Strong.” give the perception that whoever transmitted that mental download knew what was coming down the pipe; or perhaps I’m putting too much thought into it.)

20 minutes later, Terrence LEPAGE called and announced I was a snitch, I was going to trap them just as they had said during 10-12 FEB 2018 – A confirmation I was the danger to them like Uncle Mackie, Sasquatch and Intel Reports had claimed – THE RECORDING OF 23 FEB 2018, is what had led them to drop the CRIME SETUP and escalate to FULL FORCE KILL PROGRAM (get it done keep in mind he was scheduled to move out on 28th).

Hag Michelle GUERTIN called in panic shouting >> “SHE’S (me) GOING TO JAIL! NOT ME!”  >>20180224-1-0.45-See-me-in-jail-not-HER.mp3  (yes-s exactly what they were planning to do to me . . . vieille plotte).

Mark was so outraged that he sided with them.

The start of the FULL FORCE KILL PROGRAM.

Yes-s I’m going to jail not her . . . Again validating what they were planning (Crime Setup) >> I truly believe “know within” that if they had forcefully removed me from home under guise of a crime setup (fraudulent arrest warrant), they would have organized a suicide in jail – only one night was required.

During the FFK Program, Michelle GUERTIN and the SON repeatedly demanded that I kill myself as if they were entitled.  That was obvious and I am convinced they had been promised my suicide since 2016 and more so again, expecting suicide (organized) during the Crime Setup Program.

BOO HOO HOO . . . TELL HER MA . . . TELL HER AGAIN TO KILL HERSELF! COME ON DO US A FAVOR AND KILL YOURSELF, MAAAAA TELL HER AGAIN.

YES SON.

I WANT MY HOSSEN-PEPPER . . . YES-S YOUR HIGHNESS.

. . . as if they were entitled to my suicide and now they showed impatience for the candy so promised by their master-handlers New Partners (CSIS) . . . HIGH likely since 2016.

They reminded me of Caligula and his incestuous sister Drusella who in 30-37 AD would do suicide theatrical plays using slaves in macabre suicide scenes.  If you didn’t comply they would torture and kill your family.  They might even have you kill one of your own in a scene then have you kill yourself . . . all for entertainment as if entitled. Perhaps that theatrical scene would be called “Crime of Passion”.

DEMONIC. PURE EVIL.
