1993-94 – After he was released from the Royal Mental Centre, he was under the legal care of Nicole PERIARD – He became an out patient. Nicole PERIARD controlled him – Instead of calling police on people, she sent him to scare, to beat up or damage property.
She eventually lost control because he came to realize what she was doing – As well, she had abused his gullibility by having him co-sign on a property. She paid 2 months of mortgage, he had to assume the rest.
She had caused him several financial setbacks – She also used his identity to commit fraudulent acts such as utility bills, telephone accounts, etc. (verifiable).
The family used him in false flag operations – I’ll get my brother to kick your teeth out – His sister fueled him. People in town feared Mark Smith because of Nicole Periard and other family members who took advantage – He was her guard dog.
Ask Eli (garage owner corner of Laurier and Edwards). They’ve sick him on Eli.
One evening, he came back from work (construction). She was waiting for him, crying in distress, claiming that her husband JOHN BEDARD threatened to beat her up. She sent him after JOHN. Mark found him in the basement and almost put him in the hospital. He stopped because he realized that JOHN was clueless why Mark was assaulting him.
Mark already had started to suspect PERIARD was tweaking him.
PERIARD was loosing control – It was just a question of time. He most likely started to question her motives by no longer blindly believing her story lies – He was no longer easily influenced and swayed to action – he would eventually fly away from her grip.

She perceived “making one’s own decisions” with “being controlled by me” – I didn’t control anyone nor have I ever controlled anyone.
After 2007, he was free of addictions and alcoholism – he had therapy to remove the damage done at the Royal mental hospital in Ottawa and their subsequent psychological abuse. And, in my books, importantly he got spiritual cleansing while living with the Mohawk nation on Cornwall Island. He attended several sweat lodge sessions. Mind Body Spirit in check. NO one controlled “Gray Wolf”, he listened to his inner common sense.
After 2016, they would come and shake him to his inner core – I remember very well how PERIARD was disappointed that he didn’t drink anymore – Interestingly, so was the SON disappointed he didn’t touch alcohol anymore. We promoted herbs and it was shun by PERIARD and the SON – It seems that it is harder to sway weed smokers to become twisted at the heart.
In early days we had to watch out for PERIARD. He never accepted beverage from her as she had tendency to spike his drinks – Other things we had to watch her for is spiking food – he was highly allergic to shell fish and she had tendency to serve shell fish when we visited.
Nicole could no longer sway him until 2016 when it changed. In fact, in 2009 he didn’t trust her at all. In 2013, when they pulled the Citibank Scam on the Lavergne Estate (a story lie to dissociate PERIARD from Estate), Mark immediately reported her “That’s my scumbag sister Nicole Periard-Bedard-Trepanier-Smith-Lavergne the Identity thief, etc.” He was not too nice about it either.
The Citibank scam was a story lie – – – apparently Nicole had gone there to ask for a $100K loan showing a promissory note from the Lavergne Estate – She used the identity of Theresa Lavergne. The loan officer called our house, claiming he was on the application’s referral list.
MARK immediately reported her. Why would he assume it’s Nicole? Because he’d just talked to his mother 2 minutes before – How could she suddenly be in a Citibank loan office located 30 minutes away?
Jean-Louis Lavergne thanked Mark for reporting Nicole PERIARD and saving the Estate – He assured Mark that PERIARD was totally cut off from the Estate.
THAT STORY was a lie – she never scammed Citibank. It was a means to make it seem that PERIARD was not a threat to him.
On 14 July 2014, the Citibank scam would come back to bite them. On 14 July 2014, they got a two-week eviction notice. Bobby Lavergne sent the 13 July 2014 email to their landlord. In the email, it described the Citibank scam (which we believed) – In that scam, PERIARD had showed photos of the rental house, claiming she owned it. The Landlord upon reading the July email, flipped out and evicted them.
Imagine it was not even true . . . then try to explain away the slew of crimes listed in the email. . . . but but but Mr. Landlord it’s not true . . . . two weeks notice, get out.
Back to 1993-94 . . .
To keep control without his knowledge, they manipulated him to marry Cynthia Rosebush, a woman close to Michelle GUERTIN’s age. Michelle GUERTIN claimed not knowing Cynthia but that was part of the ruse. Nicole PERIARD and Cynthia became close friends. The entry point is GUERTIN – she brought Cynthia in the picture and PERIARD organized the matchmaking manipulation.
After courting Rosebush for a while, they came up with a bleeding heart story. They claimed the only way this poor woman could get her four children back (custody) was IF SHE MARRIED MARK (TREPANIER) SMITH.
Wow . . . talk about the boost to one’s worth. After all, he was a good match before they messed him up by breaking his good relationship with fiancée who came from a good family and was finishing school.
Now they were encouraging him to marry a crack addict with a criminal record who had hepatitis C. Mark was clueless that GUERTIN was the instigator. I strongly suspect that GUERTIN met ROSEBUSH in a criminal court setting.
GUERTIN seems to revolve around females she can manipulate to work with her on dark agendas. Female enslavers just like her. There’s this thing about marrying younger men. For instance, Nicole PERIARD’s current husband is 12-15 years younger than her.
ROSEBUSH and GUERTIN are about the same age – 12 years older than Mark. They might be from different social class but at end of the day, they are the same. ROSEBUSH would have been paid for marrying him – A month after they married, ROSEBUSH apparently inherited a large sum from a distant uncle – out of the blue.
Shortly after marrying ROSEBUSH, Mark contacted Michelle GUERTIN to arrange a first time meeting – He wanted Michelle to meet his new wife and ROSEBUSH to meet the mother of his son, the illustrious GUERTIN, upper class, lawyer, highly educated.
So they met at the Elephant Castle, Rideau Centre in Ottawa, Ontario.

Shortly after introductions, Cynthia leaned towards Michelle sitting across the table and says “did you also have problems getting him to sleep with you?“
It blew him away – Mark was still appalled when recounting it 20 years later.
ROSEBUSH never met the SON – I’ve come to realize that after the age of 13 and after playing the SON role to break up his former relationship, Michelle GUERTIN never allowed the SON to see Mark again – Perhaps it was too risky to allow the SON to play the charade “in person” – too young to stay in character – too risky.
Through the years, Nicole and Cynthia remained good friends. Mark stayed with Rosebush for close to 10 years. The woman became his watch guard but she stole from him, had affairs behind his back (he refused to have sex with her).
Sometime between 2002-2004, he was leaving her. If he left, they would loose control of him. So one day, while taking a shower, Cynthia Rosebush and her teenage son Nicholas, bashed him on the left temple with a metal pipe. Mark was very resilient, he didn’t fall unconscious in the shower – he caught them – they freaked.
He went to urgent care and required stitches and when he asked Michelle GUERTIN to look into it – to have ROSEBUSH criminally charged – SHE SHOULD HAVE BEEN ALL OVER ROSEBUSH but instead she brushed it off.
I TRULY BELIEVE they expected him to fall unconscious then via Nicole PERIARD (direct contact with GUERTIN) >> Mark would have been rushed by ambulance to a medical lair of their choice. RE-INCAPACITATE HIM.
He came to hate ROSEBUSH – a thief and menace to his life.
In September 2018, the family threatened to send biker after us. They claimed and BOUVIER (CSIS) supported the claims, that the family were allied with 81 percenters – apparently through ROSEBUSH and her son Nicholas who were up in that organized gang.
Now Rosebush was portrayed as a threat to us — the family had sided with her gang and BOUVIER (CSIS) fed hair rising Intel that would get Mark sick. Intel such as “Your x-wife and her son are heavily involved and working with Nicki and Frank”.
By early September 2018, bikers would ride in front of the house and slow down to stare. This was peppered with BOUVIER (CSIS) Intel reports – We were clueless why bikers were after us.
Through the years, Nicole and Cynthia have remained close friends. On 13 July 2014, Nicole Periard was slandering me on FACEBOOK with Cynthia Rosebush.

2000-2002 – The SON contacted Mark claiming university football players (Ottawa U.) were after him. I strongly suspect it might have been a false flag just to re-assert that he was his SON. These university guys might have done nothing.

Both Mark and MARCEL TREPANIER went to bat for the SON and scared the hell out of a bunch of guys in a pub on the university campus.
