1983 – Mark 18 years old – ORGANIZED – Get him back under her control
GUERTIN organized a crime setup as means to remove Marcel Trepanier from Mark’s life and as means to control him by coming in as his SAVIOR. Michelle GUERTIN “predator turned saving lawyer”. Marcel Trepanier did jail time and Mark got off with a few weekends – first offence but now he had a criminal record. He was ever grateful for Michelle GUERTIN – she was his defending lawyer on this 1983 case.
In 2011, she forged a warrant for missing the last two weekends of the 1983 sentence. Those weekends were approved – each time he presented him at the jail door, the guard told him to leave – most likely over populated and he was a first offender. If the weekends had not been approved, he would have been picked up within a week or two. GUERTIN in 2011 forged a warrant for two missed weekends on the 1983 case . . . . 28 years ago. In 2011, Mark did extensive jail time from March to December 2011. During that time, she was nowhere to be found – she let him rot.
At first the plan was to come in as SAVIOR but she didn’t because I was suppose to take the blame for getting Marcel Trepanier arrested / busted for coke and that would have triggered in the CPIC system the arrest warrant for “MARK TREPANIER”. In late February 2011, the family pulled a false flag operation on us and it failed. I was suppose to call police on Marcel but I didn’t – If I had fallen for it, it would have triggered a chain of events where MICHELLE GUERTIN would have come in as his SAVING LAWYER (source verifiable – witness).
SHE FORGED A CASE SHE DEFENDED – Had she not been the defending lawyer, she wouldn’t have forged 1983 because it would rebounded on her – she forged a warrant for her 28 year old case.
IF I had been blamed as what planned, I would have been outcast by the trust circle outside PERIARD and LAVERGNE. Marcel Trepanier would have been busted for cocaine, Michael and Jen would have had CAS breathing down their necks and PERIARD being most likely appointed the children caretaker for $ (a recurring threat).
