After sending the email, cousin forwarded it to Bobby Lavergne. Bobby sent it to everyone he could think of especially people who despise PERIARD including their landlord. It got them evicted and booted out of Prescott-Russell by 31 July 2014. In mid-summer 1978, old LAVERGNE warmly invited Mark (12) to live with them (since his mother and step-father didn't want him around) so he did. Mark's protection "George Charles Smith" died early summer 1978 - When his mother and Jean-Paul married, the youth continued to live with great grand-parents - When George died, the youth needed a place to stay.

SMITH, George Charles Family (Protector) Great grand-father / Grand-father No George born in 1900 died early summer 1978 -- On 12-13 September 1965, he registered himself as father of MARK behind the backs of the doctors who were going to buy the infant for $10-15K (mother was 14 - Mark, one day old, was the child of one of George's sons - a child of incest). To cover, her tracks, Theresa LAVERGNE slapped fatherhood onto Marcel TREPANIER (a metis) because the child's biological father was 1/2 BlackFoot (Native American) - so find an indian, have sex with him and pregnant (she was already pregnant). Since the birth certificate showed George as father, they (Theresa and Marcel) baptised him under last name "Trepanier" - that's how Mark got the name TREPANIER up until the day he uncovered his birth certificate in 2007 via Treatment Centre.

Importantly, Smith and Lavergne lived in the same community. The Lavergne's were racist (KKK / NAZI ideology) and the SMITH family feared them. Another important point, George and his wife Leontine (Blackfoot) were healers (herbal, gift of stop bleeding, etc). Many in the community in medical emergency situations went to see them INSTEAD OF consulting western medicine doctors. The LAVERGNE circle of influence scorned the SMITH. So when Jean-Paul LAVERGNE began showing up at their door step to court Theresa, the SMITH suspected something was up - Why would Old Man Lavergne allow is son Jean-Paul to court Theresa? George was elderly now and sooner rather than later would die - Old Lavergne would come for the youth that had slipped through his/their fingers in 1965 and he did in 1979.

TREPANIER, Marcel Family Father (1965 cover story) no In 1965, unknowingly Marcel (16) was tricked to believe he had impregnated Theresa (14) - She was already pregnant by one of her Uncles, one of George & Leontine Smith sons, great-grand-parents (matriarch and sons = RH negative) - Mark was RH-. Marcel and Theresa were both RH positive. Although Marcel came to suspect Mark wasn't his child, he was good to his sons (Michael) - Nicole his daughter rejected him and was dangerous (setting up people and calling cops) and he didn't trust Theresa & Jean-Paul talked down about him. Marcel hated Michelle GUERTIN - she had set him up in 1983 and who knows what else - I believe with time he came to doubt the fatherhood claim from GUERTIN that the SON was Mark's kid.

IN 2013 or 14 >> Marcel died under suspicion circumstances - so much that after he died, his girlfriend "Candy" was blamed by many. She didn't take it too well, so she started to investigate - Three weeks later, Candy died under similar suspicious circumstances. Marcel was/would have been a problem for GUERTIN (before New Partner Alliance 2015). If Candy had kept her nose out of it, she very likely would be alive today. Marcel Trepanier protected Mark and me and Michael and Jennifer and their children.

TREPANIER, Michael Family Brother no innocent - clueless - During summer 2018, he was exploited for gaslighting & false flagging purposes - Nicole PERIARD pitted him against me "Mike! Be careful, Lyn is psychotic and the word on the street --> she will shoot you on sight" - He believed her (face to face talk summer 2021 with Michael). She was very likely hoping he would shoot me first (Michael a long time ago carried firearms like Mark did before 2007).

Also, the purpose was to break the trust circle with Michael and Jennifer (split us up). Throughout the years, well before I came along (2009), PERIARD frequently set up Michael and his partner (Jennifer) <-- calling police, reporting them to Child Protection Services then coming in as Savior to take their children. She was so nasty and dangerous that one day, Michael put a gun to her head - she freaked - I will venture she never forgave Michael - Nicole is vindicative & revengeful - an enslaver of children and a tendency (her signature) to use pharmaceutical to concoct poison (tainting food & beverages) <-- make you ill then come in as your caretaker - She's done it several times to Michael and other family members (verifiable sources abound).

GUERTIN, Michelle Human Trafficking Buyer Mother of the SON yes Human trafficking - buyer of Mark (13) - in conspiracy with Family (sellers) - deal was intiated by Old Man Lavergne "senior". In conspiracy with family, they conned Mark (13) to believe he had fathered her SON (1979) - Sold without knowing he was being sold. By 1981, she'd lost control of him and he went to live with Marcel Trepanier. In 1983, Marcel and Mark were set up to be caught in crime - she came in as Savior Lawyer - Split Marcel and Mark - hoping Mark would follow her to Toronto - he didn't - she couldn't tame the wild horse. GUERTIN, Anton aka "Anton Trepanier" Human Trafficking Buyer The SON yes The SON was born in early December 1979 - The plan started in winter 1979 (first sexual experience Mark at 13) - He was seduced by Michelle GUERTIN (25) who was already pregnant. In reality, the SON was a victim of circumstances --> He thought Mark was his father up until age range (10-12). TREPANIER, Marc Family Brother of Marcel Trepanier / Uncle of Mark Smith No Marc Trepanier comes in the picture on 24 April 2018. After 23 APRIL 2018, 911 incident, a No-Contact order was issued that would be effective until first court appearance on 9 MAY 2018. MARK went to stay at his sister/mother's house on evening of 23 APRIL 2018 (picked up at police station)--> we had not yet uncovered they were in conspiracy with GUERTIN - not until 3 MAY 2018. He was responsible for spreading rumours in summer 2018 - For instance, he told people in the community --> Mark had AIDS because of me. On 21 December 2011, I told him face to face that he was a pedophile & candy man >> ecstasy distribution for sex with 14-16 year old girls - On that day, I also told his girlfried at the time "Jessica" that PERIARD was telling everyone that she had stolen $60 out of her purse <-- a lie from PERIARD to tarnish the new girlfriend and last statement "face to face" was telling Jean-Paul Lavergne that they couldn't wait for him to die - Soon after PERIARD called police on me, falsely claiming I had violently entered Theresa's house in order to beat them up - urging I be arrested. In mid-summer 1978, old LAVERGNE warmly invited Mark (12) to live with them (since his mother and step-father didn't want him around) so he did. The LAVERGNE via their 20 year old daughter Yvonne attempted to pedophile him - ignoring him / encouraging it, the youth (12) refused to live with them after a few weeks - he was being hunted throughout their house (that information came out at Treatment Centre 2007). Mark's protection "George Charles Smith" died early summer 1978 - When his mother and Jean-Paul married, the youth continued to live with great grand-parents - When George died, the youth needed a place to stay.

To cover, her tracks, Theresa LAVERGNE slapped fatherhood onto Marcel TREPANIER (a metis) because the child's biological father was 1/2 BlackFoot (Native American) - so find an indian, have sex with him and pregnant (she was already pregnant). Since the birth certificate showed George as father, they (Theresa and Marcel) baptised him under last name "Trepanier" - that's how Mark got the name TREPANIER up until the day he uncovered his birth certificate in 2007 via Treatment Centre. Importantly, Smith and Lavergne lived in the same community. The Lavergne's were racist (KKK / NAZI ideology) and the SMITH family feared them. Another important point, George and his wife Leontine (Blackfoot) were healers (herbal, gift of stop bleeding, etc). Many in the community in medical emergency situations went to see them INSTEAD OF consulting western medicine doctors. The LAVERGNE circle of influence scorned the SMITH. So when Jean-Paul LAVERGNE began showing up at their door step to court Theresa, the SMITH suspected something was up - Why would Old Man Lavergne allow is son Jean-Paul to court Theresa? George was elderly now and sooner rather than later would die - Old Lavergne would come for the youth that had slipped through his/their fingers in 1965 and he did in 1979.
TREPANIER, Marcel	Family	Father (1965 cover story)	no	In 1965, unknowingly Marcel (16) was tricked to believe he had impregnated Theresa (14) - She was already pregnant by one of her Uncles, one of George & Leontine Smith sons, great-grand-parents (matriarch and sons = RH negative) - Mark was RH-. Marcel and Theresa were both RH positive. Although Marcel came to suspect Mark wasn't his child, he was good to his sons (Michael) - Nicole his daughter rejected him and was dangerous (setting up people and calling cops) and he didn't trust Theresa & Jean-Paul talked down about him. Marcel hated Michelle GUERTIN - she had set him up in 1983 and who knows what else - I believe with time he came to doubt the fatherhood claim from GUERTIN that the SON was Mark's kid. IN 2013 or 14 >> Marcel died under suspicion circumstances - so much that after he died, his girlfriend "Candy" was blamed by many. She didn't take it too well, so she started to investigate - Three weeks later, Candy died under similar suspicious circumstances. Marcel was/would have been a problem for GUERTIN (before New Partner Alliance 2015). If Candy had kept her nose out of it, she very likely would be alive today. Marcel Trepanier protected Mark and me and Michael and Jennifer and their children.
TREPANIER, Michael	Family	Brother	no	innocent - clueless - During summer 2018, he was exploited for gaslighting & false flagging purposes - Nicole PERIARD pitted him against me "Mike! Be careful, Lyn is psychotic and the word on the street --> she will shoot you on sight" - He believed her (face to face talk summer 2021 with Michael). She was very likely hoping he would shoot me first (Michael a long time ago carried firearms like Mark did before 2007). Also, the purpose was to break the trust circle with Michael and Jennifer (split us up). Throughout the years, well before I came along (2009), PERIARD frequently set up Michael and his partner (Jennifer) <-- calling police, reporting them to Child Protection Services then coming in as Savior to take their children. She was so nasty and dangerous that one day, Michael put a gun to her head - she freaked - I will venture she never forgave Michael - Nicole is vindicative & revengeful - an enslaver of children and a tendency (her signature) to use pharmaceutical to concoct poison (tainting food & beverages) <-- make you ill then come in as your caretaker - She's done it several times to Michael and other family members (verifiable sources abound).
GUERTIN, Michelle	Human Trafficking Buyer	Mother of the SON	yes	Human trafficking - buyer of Mark (13) - in conspiracy with Family (sellers) - deal was intiated by Old Man Lavergne "senior". In conspiracy with family, they conned Mark (13) to believe he had fathered her SON (1979) - Sold without knowing he was being sold. By 1981, she'd lost control of him and he went to live with Marcel Trepanier. In 1983, Marcel and Mark were set up to be caught in crime - she came in as Savior Lawyer - Split Marcel and Mark - hoping Mark would follow her to Toronto - he didn't - she couldn't tame the wild horse. By 1992, GUERTIN with PERIARD, did a false flag operation (portraying his fiancee as a homicidal psychopath) then they came to his rescue - he went to live with PERIARD - shortly after he had a mental breakdown and appointed Power of Attorney to GUERTIN (his savior) and gave legal custodianship to PERIARD. They tried to keep a hold on him and when that didn't work, they triggered that he commits suicide (2007) - he was saved by a stranger and subsequently received ethical treatment and uncovered his birth certificate. Unfortunately, he believed that his family were remorseful for the abuse they had done and so returned on their door step on 24 December 2008. From that point forward, the GUERTIN lurking in the background, tried to break our relationship to isolate him -> family at forefront - By 2014, I did something kepT GUERTIN and FAMILY (PERIARD) away . . . --> UP UNTIL THE DAY, a NEW PARTNER who used CSIS, allied with them in 2015. The game was back on - this time on steroids >> Eliminate Lyn Champagne and you get your man, Mrs. GUERTIN. Throughout 2017-2018 - they were not able to terminate me, they tried over and over - By mid-September 2018, a new strategy was launched --> dissociate him legally from the Family and character assassinate us both in the process - they did a fraudulent Court case - the purpose was high likely to release whatever was riding under his name (Lavergne Estate) >> release it to re-absorb it in the family and then handed off to GUERTIN. When the court case was finalized - we thought GUERTIN were dead (fake death on 4 Sep 2018) - Hospitals safe - When they realized he was convalescing (would recuperate), they finished "killed him" using the medical signature (11-16 December 2018) - in my case, since I survived, the character assassination made it that I became a non-investigative subject - branded a criminal - on a police / governmental watchlist - continued monitoring and surveillance.

Through investigation, I've came to strongly suspect he is the biological father of the SON - not her brother. He profiled himself as Savior - saving us from Michelle Guertin but never quite able to stop them --> playing out bad cop (mother & son), good cop (Louis) false flags - I came to call him "keystone Louis" lynchpin - Mark died admiring this person and Bouvier (CSIS).
GUERTIN, Anton aka "Anton Trepanier"	Human Trafficking Buyer	The SON	yes	The SON was born in early December 1979 - The plan started in winter 1979 (first sexual experience Mark at 13) - He was seduced by Michelle GUERTIN (25) who was already pregnant. In reality, the SON was a victim of circumstances --> He thought Mark was his father up until age range (10-12). But by 1992, the SON knew Mark wasn't his father - The SON willingly agreed to participate in breaking the man and having him institutionalized so that his mother could secure POWER OF ATTORNEY. The SON, by age 13, was willing to break a man he once thought was his real father. In 2017, Mark had not heard from the SON for over 15 years. By mid-summer 2017, the Son (38) willingly agreed to gain Mark's trust by continuing the charade of Father-SON as means to gain his confidence so that Mark would listen to his SON over anyone else. Starting in summer 2017 by mid-October the trust bond was established. The SON abused that trust to pit him against me as means to grab him, a lure --> the modus operandi was to get him so shocked with horrific misinformation that Mark would do the inevitable >> kill me - Then they would be there to receive him with arms wide open to protect him (saving lawyer Michelle GUERTIN, mother of their SON). They used the classic tactic of Predators turned Savior. This carried out from mid-October 2017 up until the day the SON TRUST was lost on 26 April 2018 <-- the day the SON and Michelle GUERTIN assaulted him and attempted to grab him at a shopping mall - How did they know his location? PERIARD gave the signal. And uncle "Marc Trepanier" brother of Marcel Trepanier overheard PERIARD and left their house to saved Mark from them. While at the mall, Louis GUERTIN called faking scolding the SON. By mid-June 2018, Mark wanted to criminally charged them (and Family) for what they had done throughout 2018. On 22 June 2018, they sent two interpol agents with one OPP officer, to announce that the GUERTIN duo "mother and son" had been arrested - then told to get rid of the recording material. When I didn't but continued to work on it, they killed off the SON, stating he committed suicide on 2 JULY 2018 - LOUIS GUERTIN claimed my "writings on the computer" had triggered Mark's SON to kill himself - I was blamed because I hadn't destroyed the recordings.
TREPANIER, Marc	Family	Brother of Marcel Trepanier / Uncle of Mark Smith	No	Marc Trepanier comes in the picture on 24 April 2018. After 23 APRIL 2018, 911 incident, a No-Contact order was issued that would be effective until first court appearance on 9 MAY 2018. MARK went to stay at his sister/mother's house on evening of 23 APRIL 2018 (picked up at police station)--> we had not yet uncovered they were in conspiracy with GUERTIN - not until 3 MAY 2018. The next day (24 April), his mother (Theresa Lavergne) confided that his real father was Uncle Marc Trepanier. And Marc Trepanier went along with it - clueless of anything else but than make the boy (Mark) feel good. After all, Marcel died in 2013, no harm done - Marc would have acted like a father and he sure did on 26 April 2018 by stopping the GUERTIN from kidnapping Mark at the shopping centre. After 26 April 2018, Marc Trepanier didn't come visit Theresa & Nicole anymore. By 29 April 2018, without notice, I removed Mark from their household. I strongly suspect Nicole PERIARD was poisoning him slowly - no one would have questioned because GUERTIN would have covered his demise - GUERTIN highly influence in the medical and legal world. Back to Marc Trepanier --> I suspect they freaked him out. Why? he was recently out of jail for beating a priest at the Indian Residential School many decades ago - the priest molested and sodomized the boys - So he beat him to death and was sentenced to life in jail - he was recently out. The GUERTIN was a danger to him and rightly so - from that point forward he stayed clear of Theresa and PERIARD - was out of the picture.
