NOTE:  Text below was to be the start of the new post i’m currently writing called “March-May 2019” which should be out soon.

Although I changed my mind, it was worth keeping.  Thank you for reading it.

CONTEXT

Since 2009, GUERTIN had been trying to separate us using the Family at forefront (Nicole PERIARD, Theresa LAVERGNE).  GUERTIN went as far as doing medical forgery and forging a false arrest warrant.

But on 13 July 2014, I did something that stopped them in their tracks up until they formed an alliance with those I call New Partners (CSIS) who took over the directorship of the operation including operational side of things such as electronic monitoring, satellite feed on property, stalking and coaching the GUERTIN on specific psyop tactics which I call Programs.

New partnership was detected as early as Fall 2015.  By January 2016, the Family no longer feared me.  New Partners (CSIS) took over.

From that point forward, first choice to isolate him “come to GUERTIN” was by permanently removing me (termination).  They tried for two years.

By Fall 2018, the GUERTIN and the FAMILY had burnt the bridge so New Partners (CSIS) completed the job . . . they dropped trying to remove  me and came up with a new strategy which involved going to COURT making Mark SMITH believe they (CSIS) were representing him in COURT against his family for lifelong abuse – However, instead they high likely dissociated him the family “divorcing him, ousted out of the family” by branding him a menace, an undesirable character, a danger to society.  In the process, they smeared me.

My theory is . . .

By legally dissociating him from the family, I suspect this is how they released whatever was riding over SMITH’s head which was tied legally “frozen” under the LAVERGNE Estate.  Whatever it was (highly illegal and most likely criminal ops), it was transferred to the family who willingly transferred it to GUERTIN  . . . and a hefty pay out for New Partners (CSIS) >> after all the time, effort, frustrations and cost to carry out this operation.

(They wasted too much time trying to eliminate me as means to grab this guy – that’s why it took so long).

As for KILLING SMITH, that was in GUERTIN’s territory –> medical system.  New Partners (CSIS) enabled, FAMILY aided and abetted.  I strongly suspect the killing nurse, a serial killer working in the medical candy store, worked for GUERTIN clan.  Organized medical crimes are a GUERTIN signature.

The irony is that since they got what they wanted through a fraudulent COURT case (SEP-NOV 2018), they likely didn’t need to grab & terminate him anymore but they did anyway.

At end of day, the risk of him recuperating and finding out what they did  . . . knowing they inverted the court case (let’s start there), then discoveries such as the SON wasn’t his biological child, his family sold him to the GUERTIN in 1979 (age 13) under guise of fake fatherhood as means to trick him to agree to go with GUERTIN.

By age 27 (1992), when they no longer had control, they pulled a coup to make it seem they were rescuing him – it’s a classic machiavellian style psypop.  He ran to them “his saviors” –> GUERTIN and his sister Nicole PERIARD (that’s when she comes on the scene – she was in her early twenties).

They institutionalized him to psychologically rewire his psyche with dissociative disorders, multiple personality disorder, addictions and triggers like suicide including abnormal trust fixations.  Michelle GUERTIN was appointed Power of Attorney (POA) and kept a legal psychiatric leash on him (enslavement), a means to get him in the future.

• On 3 March 2018, Michelle GUERTIN threatened to forcefully hospitalize him using her POA. As I listened to him arguing with her on the phone, I got distinct impression, he had been through this with her before my time (pre-2009).

• Since 26 APRIL 2018, it was all about abducting him as he was forced to live at his sister / mother’s house until court day 9 MAY 2018.  On 29 APRIL 2018, without notice, I extracted him from there.  I knew, without a doubt, if I didn’t, he would die.  Nicole PERIARD (sister) would likely covertly give him  measured doses of poison to force him to go to the hospital (no choice) – Perhaps fall unconsciousness –> Organized ambulance ride by GUERTIN.  I took him out of there and that screwed things up for them (for a while).

  From 30 APRIL to 2 MAY 2018, they pulled on the legal medical leash again – This time announcing that the COURT day 9 MAY 2018 my case would be moot and they would immediately legally institutionalize him (psychiatric).

  I counteracted.  On 3 MAY 2018, it was canceled.  This was also the day we uncovered FAMILY (sister & mother) were in conspiracy with GUERTIN.  It sent Mark on a suicide spin –  The deepest cut of betrayal was from his mother –> His mother conspiring with GUERTIN.  Let me die.  It took over 4 hours to snap him out of killing himself.

By 3 MAY 2018, none of them could ever call again and gaslight. Now we had to watch for kidnappings.

In his mind, he believed they were after his (fake) inheritance.  He thought he had opened the door on 25 OCTOBER 2016 when he had called Michelle GUERTIN to take care of the release of his inheritance convinced that the family were playing mind-games.

By summer, BOUVIER (CSIS) would also play that card and more so after mid-September 2018, claiming the FAMILY was contesting that he gets his (fake) inheritance.  BOUVIER the savior would represent SMITH in Court for life-long abuse and ensure the release of his hefty (fake) inheritance.

Since Fall 2012, the hook-in was the fake inheritance tied to the LAVERGNE Estate.  Although there was no inheritance, I strongly suspect there were things in the Estate that tied Mark’s identity for release of GUERTIN assets.  Perhaps shell companies?  Perhaps money laundering?  I don’t know.

And since these folks were associated to pedophilia, human trafficking networks, no qualms using the medical system to enslave or euthanize, I would venture whatever it was, it’s highly immoral at level of crimes against humanity.

SIDE NOTE:  Using one’s identity for shell companies and money laundering schemes . . . Last year, I watched a series (forget which one).  In one episode, the perps kept a guy in coma state while they were using his identity to cover / operate illegal operations.  I immediately thought of Mark SMITH.

One of SMITH’s biggest fear was to be abducted, then transferred to a medical centre and strapped to a bed under the care of GUERTIN. Ironically, on 13 DEC 2018, I should have taken him out of the palliative centre – They made him believe he had stage 4 cancer because the fake diag came from a doctor and like many humans, Mark saw doctors as (fvcking) gods whereas I do not and rightly so.  Doctors avoided me.

On 13 DEC 2018, as he wrestled with the killing nurse, he was strong and very coherent.  He demanded that I take him out of there.  I didn’t.  But by next day he was comatosed, unwakable and died shortly after (16 DEC 2018) of  breathing failure << overdosed – euthanized.

Quick! Shut him down before she (me) comes back and takes him out of there and they did.  They killed him.

One would think that’s the end, right?  After all they got what they wanted and they closed the loop by terminating hm.  But it wasn’t the case, I remained a person of interest.

In my mind,  logical reason was the recording material, having kept tab on them by annotating, SKYPE screenshots and the police video statement of 23 APRIL 2018.  Why else continue to stalk, monitor and surveil me?

By early February 2019, I would learn that I was indeed a person of interest under surveillance with black helicopters and continued electronic monitoring.  This information came from the Ontario Provincial Police.  I was floored.

Those associated with New Partners (CSIS) were most likely same network that attempted to make me disappear in CUBA in December 2004.  And before that in 2003 and before that in 1999.

1999, 2003 and 2004 ploys to destroy and terminate me had failed.  In 2004 they got egg on their face (slight exposure) and now next opportunity came along with GUERTIN and again they failed – Now the exposure is greater. How pissed off they must have been.

When New Partners (CSIS) took over the GUERTIN SMITH agenda, their first choice to grab this guy was by terminating me – They wasted two years running on that choice (2016 to September 2018).

I was New Partners (CSIS)’s prize whereas Mark SMITH was GUERTIN’s prize.  New Partners (CSIS) didn’t get their pudding.

I was target well before I met SMITH and GUERTIN.

Do you think they will  let it go?

Or is it just a question of time until next opportunity comes along.
